Spring has become my faworite seasson of the year. I love it how everything starts to bloom oit from allmost nothing.

It represents the birth of a new year, new cicle, new oportunitys.

Time for thinking, planing and creating something new.

6 years have passed from my Nirvana fitness cerrtification!!

Im so happy to be a part of this amazing team!!

Its a Wonder full workout, gathering all this amazing aspecr that we so desperatly want to improve in our life.

To just feel better, stronger and beautiful!

Yoga is Nice, but in the term of a Guided physical practice I prefer Nirvana.
Because lets be honest.. You cant loose a lot of weight and gain a lot of strenght just by doing yoga.
But belive me when I Tell you Nirvana has that covered.

You will sweat, you will work and breathe so Hard you will want to quit!

But keep in mind.. Nothing is gained without An effort, so if you want to change your life, you will have to work Hard for it!

Offcourse im offering you guidance in Slovenian in English language.

Followed by the yesterday post im happy to be again.

Aljoša (my better half) picked me up from the hospital on friday morning. I was so happy to leave the hospital I think I cried for half An hour in the car.

All emotions that I was holding back from the previous days came bursting out of my eyes, creating a river of tears.

But they were tears of

This operation came in with a painfull surprise, forcing my Body to stop and rest.

Right here on the picture I just showered away the smell of the hospital so I can be at Home even with my smell.

Look at my belly. Its so bloated and because I cant Use my abdominal muscless, the weight of the fat is just pressing down creating a lot of tension and discomfort.

I still need a loot of Time to fully recover, so I decided that I am going to take you guys with me and keep you informed on the proces.

Heey guys. I tought you might miss me on our and classes.

I ended up in a local hospital after I had a severe abdominal pain.
It turned out if was and infected appendix that was causing me so much pain.

So I went through and now I am

The said im not allowed to for another month and I feel so bad about it.

I cant wait to return back to the yoga mat.

Nagradna igra za super slušalke, primerne za vodeno vadbo!!

Jaaa, ta model sem izbrala, ker sama z njim zelo zadovoljna!

Sedaj ko vadimo od doma in vadbena izkušnja ni primerljiva s tisto iz telovadnic, popolnoma razumem vse v tej situaciji.

Dva majhna, se ves čas vadbe igrata, prepirata in kričita na drugi strani vrat dnevne sobe. Priznam, da se mi je s slušalkami veliko lažje osredotočiti in koncentrirati na vadbo, ker vseeno malce za dušijo zvok okolice.
Ko pa delamo Nirvano, jih pa sploh ne slišim kar je pa sploh top!! :)

My renewed yoga studio at Home :)

I changed it a little bit so the practice can be easily followed.

When you observe a colour it effect your subconsious mind and your body energie.

This is how my little kid helped me lead the class for choreography6.

She helped me, because we are in lockdown and she cant go to kindergarden and I still have to work. So I tought it would be great to exercise together :)

She is really amazing and I enjoy her company on the mat. I just hope she doesnt get tired of it :)

I often forget about treating myself well as well as my family and when it gets to the Day of my birthday I dont know What to wish for.

So this year was the same. I had no wishes and my boyfriend was not in any help.

So im really happy that a good friend of mine remi ded me of her talente sister who really does this amazing jewlery inspired by nature.

So I decided I wanted to have a mountain flower, protected by our laws - Planika - earings.

We walked pass by this really small barn in my Home Village.
The cow was just looking out towards me and my kids.

I was like, Wow.. A cute picture.
Then it took me a while to get my Phone, so the kids were really interested in the cow. They have noticed the cow is dirty and they comented "ewwww".

I looked at the the cow behind that window bars where she Got her only light source and said to my kids:
" you see this cow is tied up in there againts her will, she cant p*e or poo and walk away like every animal does. When she gets tired she lays in her own urine and poo. Does that seem a good life for a cow, do you think anyone would choose that kind of life for them?"

Ever since I stoped eating meat and dairy for moral reasons, I dont explain to my kids why I choose so. I realy want them to learn for themselves, how these animals get exploited.

Cow does'nt give us Milk. We take it.
Even if we dont need it, we still do it 🤦‍♀️

I had a Wonderfull oportunity today to represent yoga to some amazing 9th grade kids at Polde Stražišar Jesenice.

It was a pleasure to show you a small aspect of yoga and I hope you felt that amazing energie as well as I had.

I prepare them a little theory on What joga is actualy about. Since nowadays everyone thinks its all about physical practice I teached these kids today that asanas are just a small portion of yoga.

We have to learn about and as well as .

Balance all those and your path through to and to is gonna be an ease.

Start your Day with a good breakfast.

I often eat some pira flakes, h**p seeds, chia seeds and coconut.
But What I put inside my bowl really depends on What I have in stock and based on the season.

Most of my morning fruit is from our garden, but unfortusntly we live in a plače with 4 seasons, and its imposible to have fresh Home grown fruit all year.

But even some frozen raspberrys would do the Job of satisfying my morning hunger :)

I have this friend who is a really good photographer.
He only posts pictures of the nature surrouded my Home Village and I am absolutely mesmerized of the beauty he captures in his camera.

I cherish the beauty arrounf my Home Village and my greatest wish is to return and live there, before my kids get big.

But I must admit, even if I do see the beauty around, i havent seen some of the views which he captures, so im so gratefull that he share his vews with us :)

I really missed some cussions in our yoga studio, so I tought, why not make them myself.
I picked some beautifull printed fabric and started sewing.

The filling is completly Natural, and its actualy a p*eling of An Slovenian plant called Ajda (which is also a very common Slovenian name) 🙌

Its Wonderfull, has no smell, easy to replace and alergy free.

What I love from it the mod is, we can out some lavander in there and everytime you Use your pullow, you will get that relaxing lavender smell 😍

I have more then one super power 🤣

In which ambasador program are you in?

Since I have started to Use instagram more frequently I Got tons of messages from different "companys" who run An online Shop.

At first I was so pleased I really fell for their scam.

The scam is called ambasador program.

They offer you An amazing discount, a great contribution and a chance to get free items every month, and a promo code for your folowers from which you will even get paid.

The list could go on, since they just want you to BUY their stuff.

So before you actualy for this scam, like I have 🤦‍♀️ just Google the item they are sellin and check the reall price of it.

They are selling products from alibaba/aliexpress with more than 3 x 100% higher price!!

I bought some fitness clothes and im not gonna say with who. I payed 55€ for two fitness sets, which i later found the same pairs for 30€ on Aliexpress. They added a beautiful gift card saying I get 50% off with my next purchase and when I entered their online Shop, single pieces were at 70€ and sets for 140€ 🤨😲🤔😒

Its just not right.. Aliexpress sells one set for 15€.

So I was really feeling I Got ripped off and im not even gonna try to sell their products because its unreasonable.

Not only that you give these companys a free commercial, they are actualy taking advantage of you and your folowers.

So, be carefull, dont get fooled. Before every online purchase, just check that item using the app Google lens.

Be mindfull with your money, you worked Hard to get it, dont blow it on stuff that isnt worth it!

When i Cook lunch for my family I often think What would they like to eat.. So today i tought about chilli con carne and chimichangas.

Yes thats What is gonna be.

But since im the only vegeterian in my and my husband family I have to Cook something for myself as well.. Without the meat and dairy.

So I prepared myself some tasty vegan chimichangas.

Onion
Garlic
Zuccini
Corn
Beans
Tomatoe sauce
Nutrituional yeast
Letuce
Tortilias
Seasoning

It looks great and it defenitly tastes great.
All gone by now 🤣🤣

This is my daughter.

Today she participated in our Nirvana fitness class via Zoom.

So What happened?

I had a severe alergie reaction on a plant blooming it the near by field. I was sneezing and swolen around my eyes so much I looked really sick.

So I had to notify my class about my situations. If they would have seen me like that they would probably think I have Covid, because lets be honest, we will Never again have a plain old cold or just a high fever, now everything is just covid.

So, to avoid any unpleasanties I offered a safe zoom class on which my daughter was invited as well :)

She was realy amazing and I am realy proud of her.

She managed through the whole 1 hour class with us, and she is'nt even 5years old.
