🔥HOW DOES A PERFECT DIET FOR FAT LOSS LOOK LIKE?🔥

Before I'm letting you into "the secrets" and the guidelines for getting the results you want, let's make something clear.

First and for most, I'm not a robot! I want to be totally honest with you and admit that I have days when I eat everything I can get my hands on.🙈

And at the end of the day, that's totally fine if you do it too...everybody has those days and those who are saying they don't are lying 🤔

But if you want to lose fat, have more energy and look sexier than ever, you need to follow some of the simple guidelines that I'm sharing with you today:

1️⃣ DON'T OVER COMPLICATE - you don't need to change your whole life, to get the results you want. Make small changes such as choosing what kind of PROTEIN will you have before choosing any kind of fat or carbs in every meal. This is a good starting point.

2️⃣ KNOW HOW MUCH YOU EAT - keto, paleo, low-carb, high-carb, vegetarian or any kind of other diets you follow, you won't lose fat and see results if you consume more calories than you burn. Learn from my mistakes and track how much you eat just for a day.😉

3️⃣ BE CONSISTENT WITH THE ABOVE TIPS - you don't need to be a robot and follow the above tips blindly...enjoy life, have fun and occasionally eat the hell out, but be consistent on all the other days.

You can still eat outside and you don't have to prepare your food in advance. Just be aware on a daily basis and be consistent with your protein, your veggie, and your calorie intake.

At the end of the day, the perfect diet is the one that you can consistently on a daily basis. 👌

5 Simple Rules - rules to lose weight & feel better than ever.

1. Eat more protein, add healthy fats and eat moderate carbs
2. Veggies with lots of fiber.....yummy....not for me :P
3. H2O, H2O, H2O
4. Weight training....YES dear!
5. Slight caloric deficit...I think it's just logic

That's it! No magic pills or any other hocus pocus!

So many of us forget, that the results we are witnessing NOW are just a tip fo the iceberg of all the struggles we went trough in the PAST.

But at the beginning, it all started with a DREAM. You wanted to be successful and you got it. The only decision you made is to work your ass for it!

It's the same with your fitness goals.

You start with your DREAM. You WANT to feel better & look sexier. You want to be more confident and just be better.

Let's face it...The only decision you have to make NOW is to WORK for it!

Have been asked a lot about nutrition these days.

Mark, what do I need to eat to detox after NY? What diet works the fastest to lose those few kilos/pounds?

Well, my straight forward answer would be and I know that a lot of you don't want to hear that, but that's the truth...

It's not about searching for shortcuts, magic pills and please stop falling for those quick marketing scams about a crazy 8 weeks body transformation.

The real key is the plan that works best for you, for your body, for your mind & your lifestyle.

After that is all just a big hustle!
