Many people understand their patterns very well, yet the old response still repeats itself in the decisive moment.
That does not necessarily mean that something is wrong with them.
Often, it means that insight has not yet become reorganization.
Insight matters.
It gives meaning, language, and orientation.
But by itself, it is not yet a new regulation, a new bodily response, or lasting change.
