How?
- take a picture of whatever you want to hand in
- post it in your instagram story and tag us there
- send us the picture also as a direct message

Dear students,

You are a freshman and do not have your faculty hoodie yet? Hurry up, you still have time to pick it up for free in the upcoming week! The BSM building is open form Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4pm. It is located in the courtyard of the university. In case you cannot pick it up in person, you can ask your classmate to do so for you (or even your whole study group). It is important that he/she brings your scanned ISIC/s and a paper with your agreement for taking it instead of you (plus date and your signature on it).
It is not possible to return or exchange the hoodie you chose.
We are looking forward to seeing you!

Kind regards,
AIMS board

Dear Students,

we would like to inform you about the most important information concerning the proper way of doing- and redoing Covid-19 Tests.

1) The time between start of self-isolation and the following Covid Test has to be minimum 5 days, in order to allow the viral load to reach a testable level in the body. Without a threshold amount of viral load in the body, it is possible for a test to indicate negative simply because there is not enough virus present to trigger a positive result. Tests, that are negative even though you had contact to a confirmed positive person less than 5 days before you made the test, are NOT VALID, you have to stay in isolation or even do another test.

2) The Covid Test has to be done in Slovakia for it to be accepted by the university.

3) In case your result is positive, or you have any questions, please DO NOT contact the head of the epidemiological department (Prof. Spalekova)
Contact either us (fmed.aims@gmail.com), the study department or
covid@fmed.uniba.sk

Kind regards,
AIMS board

Dear students,
according to our most actual knowledge this is the current situation:

- All the students from 3rd to 6th year working in the hospitals are obliged to get tested

- How it is going to take place:

1. According to the upcoming schedules on Saturday and Sunday

2. After the test you have to stay in home quarantine until you receive a negative test result

3. Everyone will receive an Email with an online-affirmation which has to be submitted by an online link (not printed, scanned, copied, etc.)

- The first and second years ONLY need to fill the online affirmation, we will update you about any further info about the testing situation

- The faculty will soon inform us about further measurements in case of a positive test result

EVERYONE will receive the Email with the affirmation, but only the commuters should fill it. Please don't send any screenshots or similar to the study department!!

For further questions, feel free to contact us.

Kind regards,
AIMS board

WARNING:

Dear Students,

It is really important to tell all of your colleagues to check/ change their phone number saved in the Ais2 system until latest tonight at midnight.

The Covid Testing Agency "Medirex" will send the tested student a password, with which the student can log in to see the test result. This password is sent to the phone number written on Ais2.

If the password, for any reason, doesn't reach the student, it's completely the students problem, and he/she has to do a new test at their own expenses and organization. In the meantime, the student isn't allowed to go to the university in presence, and the absences aren't excused.

How to change the phone number:
1) Open Ais2
2) Open "User Administration System"
3) Open the link
4) Tap on "User Settings"
5) Edit the Telephone Number
6) Save the changes

Thank you,
AIMS board
