Ammonites the size of tractor tires, you say?!

Aptly named Titanites, this must be the largest ammonite you’ve ever seen.

This fossil was found near Fernie in British Columbia, Canada. It is from the Late Jurassic and is around 150 million years old.

I would LOVE to hike out and see this ammonite. One day!
