MAWCO is a non-profit organization that supports and provides basic necessities to poor, vulnerable, and homeless children & women, families, and single parents in minority communities.
Ensuring they reach their full capacity by addressing and fighting against the causes of poverty , inequality, and violence against them.
MiSSION-
At MAWCO, we empower vulnerable and homeless single-parents by providing essentials, fostering opportunities for their dependants, and addressing the root causes of poverty and inequality.
Through strong partnerships with beneficiaries, we create a safe, supportive path for every child to reach their full potential.
VISION-
A world where every child, regardless of their circumstances, has the resources, support, and opportunities to thrive, free from poverty and inequality, is powerful.
MAWCO prides itself in providing social welfare, security, justice, and humanitarian response to women, single parents, and children in times of crisis & hardship.
GOALS & OBJECTIVE-
* MAWCO aims to rebuild hope and provide basic necessities for poor and homeless children.
* Within a couple of years, our focus is to provide quality education and scholarships to unaffordable children within deprived communities in Sierra Leone and across Africa.
* Support the improvement of livelihood, child survival, & maternal health and wellbeing across Sierra Leone through a reduction in disease related to air, water, and environmental sanitation.
* Donate school items to school going children and provide basic amenities to flood/ natural disaster victims and children with disability
* To rage campaign against child trafficking and raise awareness on child abuse and child labor.
