Statement from the Islamic Republic of Iran.

The multifaceted enemy of America and the Zionist regime have demonstrated their ultimate cowardice by launching a blatant assault on the sovereignty of our territory. They cowardly targeted our elites and leadership, including the Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. But if they assumed that Iran would fall to its knees, they are gravely mistaken.

They rained their projectiles on public infrastructure and civilian centers, destroying the Gandhi Hospital in Tehran. The most painful and merciless action they took was the brutal strike on a girls' school in the city of Minab, where at least 165 young girls lost their lives, and many more were injured. Overall, reports submitted to the United Nations indicate that at least 1,332 civilians have perished so far in these unprovoked attacks.
The US President dreams that the Islamic Republic of Iran will surrender unconditionally. Let him keep dreaming! The Assembly of Experts of Iran has swiftly elected the nation's new Leader.
