Students at Frantz Fanon University, went to a data collection event at the Children's Special Needs Center.
Summary:
UBAD-GARGAAR is a center for children with special needs. Prior to its establishment, the Center conducted extensive research on the illnesses and needs of children with special needs in the Republic of Somaliland.
This UBADGAR GAAR Center was established in 2019. The Center does not charge for Children. (Free Service
Charge). (
UBADGAR-GAAR Center supports children in the areas of Health Care, Intelligence, Physical Exercise, Recreation with equipment and atmosphere.
