this girl aged 6 y. come to orthopedic surgery clinic suffering severe congenital coxa- vara of the the Rt hip with severe limbing gate due to shortening of the Rt lower limb more than 3 cm. the girl was undergone operative correction with excellent result .restoring the normal neck shaft angle ,no shortening and normal gate.
