Ingredients you will need are:
1 tablespoon of flaxseeds
1 cup of water
1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel
1 tablespoon of glycerin
2 vitamin E capsules
Instructions:
Add 1 tablespoon of flaxseeds to a pan. Pour in 1 cup of water and boil for 10 minutes.

Strain the mixture using a muslin cloth to extract the gel.

In a bowl, combine the flaxseed gel with 1 tablespoon of aloe vera gel and 1 tablespoon of glycerin.

Pierce 2 vitamin E capsules and add the oil to the mixture.

Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.

Cleanse your face thoroughly. Apply a generous layer of the gel onto your face. Let it rest overnight for maximum benefits.
