Dr. Nuralein's expertise and insights were instrumental in shedding light on the importance of collaborative efforts in addressing mental health challenges in our community.
Schizophrenia is a complex mental health condition affecting millions worldwide. People with schizophrenia experience a distorted perception of reality, which can manifest as hallucinations, delusions, and disorganized thinking. While challenging, schizophrenia can be effectively managed with proper treatment and support.
Mental health disorders, schizophrenia, and substance abuse are critical challenges in Somalia. But with your dedication, collaboration, and innovative spirit, we can build a future where everyone has access to quality mental healthcare and feels empowered to seek help. Let's make a positive impact on the lives of countless Somalis. Thank you.
The Somali Public Health Association will provide the health students with necessary resources and training opportunities. We will collaborate with universities and mental health institutions to create a network of support. Together, we can create a generation of healthcare professionals who are equipped and passionate about addressing mental health needs in Somalia.
