Hi Sunshine!
My name is Larissa Bardan and I created this page for YOU to introduce you to my handmade bags, that I design and make with lots of love, patience and care here in Suriname.
What does Elbee stands for? Elbee is the pronunciation of my initials (LB)
Why started with Elbee handmade bags? August 2018 I went on vacation and I wanted to bring my Lovely sisters something special. I didn’t know what they would like, but I knew that they could always use a “bag”. After searching for bags for 2 weeks without success, I decided to make them myself. I had never sewn before and I can say it was quite a challenge, you need a lot of patience. But hey you can’t say you can’t do it without even trying it once :p. As a little girl (and yes I am still a little girl :D) I love(d) to put my initials on my belongings, so I thought of putting a label on the bags. I didn’t have time left for professional labels, so I made them myself ( the pronunciation of my initials (Elbee) on the front and a painted heart on the back).
