Dear members of Amuk-Malith Youth Association (AYA), it’s an election season, and I’m here to ask for your support in the upcoming AYA election. As a member of the AYA, you know how important it is to have strong and capable leadership that will continue to drive progress and success for our association. That’s why I’m here today, to ask you to vote for me in the upcoming election.

As a long-time member of the AYA, I have watched the association grow and expand over the years. I have seen it become an integral part of many of our community(ies) providing vital support services and resources to those who need them most. I am proud to have been a part of this success, and it is my goal to continue to grow and develop this association into an even more powerful force for good in our community(ies).

I understand that leading the AYA is not an easy job, as there are many areas of focus that require attention; from providing essential services to supporting our youth through educational programs, health programs, culture and sport activities. My experience and dedication are second-to-none when it comes to making sure that all AYA members have access to the resources they need.

I am also committed to being an open and accessible leader, one who listens to feedback from our members and makes sure that their voices are heard in all decision-making processes. I understand that our success depends on everyone having a say in how we move forward as an association.

Finally, I am passionate about ensuring that all AYA members feel welcome and valued in our association, no matter their background or beliefs. We must strive to create an environment of inclusion so that everyone who wishes to be part of this amazing association can do so without fear or hesitation.

Part One
OBJECTIVES
1. Accountability and Transparency
“Yes, for accountability and transparency” if am elected, my administration will not and will never encourage any misuse and malpractices in the association, accountability and transparency must begin now, surely!
Dear members, if you give me the mandate to serve, I will ensure that all forms of corruptions, misuse and malpractices will not be encouraged in the office
One or a group who involved in corruption related issues then, the penalties prescribed in the Constitution will take its course accordingly
AYA must ensure transparency along with accountability, project and any steps shall be communicated publicly for all the members to see how AYA is working through
2. Love, Peace and Unity
Love: “a range of strong and positive emotional and mental state, from good habit, the deepest interpersonal affection, to the simplest pleasure”
Peace: “means societal friendship and harmony in the absence of hostility and violence”
Unity: “state of being united”
Dear beloved youth/community, my administration will maintain love, peace and unity, cast me your vote and you’ll not regret
3. Gender Equality
An access to resources and opportunities, regardless of gender, these including participation and decision-making.
Dear beloved youths, if am elected, my administration will be for all regardless of the gender i.e., inclusive, and good governance
4. Promotion of Culture Youth and Sport Activities
“Our culture, our identity” culture is everything, it’s the way we dress, the way we carry our heads, the way we walk, the way we tie our ties.
Sport, it means all forms of physical activity which is through organized participation, aim at expressing or improving physical fitness and mental wellbeing, forming social relationships.
My administration will promote cultures, sport and youth activities, our potential young men and women will exercise the sport as art
5. Youth Empowerment
This includes the plans for Youth Training Institute, the youth rights, youth responsibilities, youth justice, skills training, internships apprenticeship, community cohesion, quality of life access to facilities, physical activity, wellbeing, and active lifestyle of the youth
6. Funds Mobilization
If am elected, I’ll do series of fund raising, and ensure I achieve the vast programs, this seems like hard but through us, with us, in us, we can and do tangible things
Dear members, my administration will also encourage the membership's fees in our constitution if any. Therefore, each member has to pay his/her membership fee for developmental projects of AYA's strategies and frameworks
