To the SPLM-IO, as you move forward, know that this government is not a government of the Dinka but President Kiir’s government. As you advance to Bor and Juba, don't attack Dinka civilians, don't loot their properties, and focus on military objectives and sites or barracks. The people of South Sudan are tired of President Kiir’s government, whether Dinka or not. They welcome a change of government in whatever form. If you get it right, you can have supporters even from Bor, such as the Red Belt. Don't let tribal ideology consume your movement. It is the people of South Sudan versus President Kiir’s government, not the other way around. Period.
