He previously worked with international development organizations, including Winrock International, where he served as a Hub Logistics Officer for the Winrock International, Room to Learn (RtL) USAID project in Wau.

(2014–2016), and as a Logistics Officer and Coordinator for the SUDAN BRIDGE project in Kuajok, Warrap State (2009–2013).

Raphael’s career began with Civicon Company Ltd, where he served as Compound Manager and Assistant Administrator from 2006 to 2009, also in Kuajok. His extensive experience in logistics and administration in challenging environments has equipped him with the skills needed to manage complex operations with precision and strategic insight.
