Mystery that we are living in an age of constant distraction stimulus but our life experiences are shaped by what we choose to pay attention to. Minutes are spent distracted turn to hours days turn to years and suddenly that percentage of your day that you hardly remember becomes the percentage of your life that you have completely forgotten.
Attention is the most valuable resource.

Dear all, as you move through your day. Remember taking deep breaths has several benefits for both your physical and mental well-being. Here are some of the benefits of deep breathing:

1. Reduces stress: Deep breathing activates the relaxation response, which helps to reduce stress and anxiety levels.

2. Improves focus and concentration: Deep breathing increases oxygen flow to the brain, improving focus, concentration, and mental clarity.

3. Lowers blood pressure: Deep breathing can help lower blood pressure by promoting relaxation and reducing stress.

4. Enhances respiratory function: Deep breathing exercises can improve lung capacity and strengthen respiratory muscles, leading to better overall respiratory function.

5. Boosts immune system: Deep breathing stimulates the lymphatic system, which helps to remove toxins from the body and boost the immune system.

6. Increases energy levels: Deep breathing increases oxygen intake, which can improve energy levels and reduce feelings of fatigue.

7. Promotes relaxation and better sleep: Deep breathing triggers the body's relaxation response, helping you to relax and unwind. This can lead to better sleep quality.

Remember to take slow, deep breaths from your diaphragm to fully experience the benefits of deep breathing.

Ms. Anyieth shared that high levels stress often leads to chronic diseases such as diabetes and cancer.

With that said, she underscored that emotions are important, however sometimes it isn't appropriate to stay in one emotion. Ms Anyieth also noted that prolonged sadness could develop into depression, anger to hostility while happiness can lead to hysteria.
