راجعت المريضة ٢٩ سنة بقصة سقوط منذ أسبوعين أدى لظهور ألم فوري مع تحدد بحركة الكتف الأيسر راجعت مشفى خارجي شخص لديها كسر أعلى عضد مع خلع برأس العضد تم رد الخلع وتخرجت المريضة على وشاح راجعتنا بعد أسبوعين الفحص العصبي الوعائي سوي بالصورة الشعاعية تبدل غير مقبول شعاعيا تقرر إجراء العمل الجراحي بمدخل وحشي عبر الدالية وصولا لبؤرة الكسر ورد الكسر تحت التنظير الشعاعي وتثبيته بصفيحة فيلوس أعلى العضد بتكنيك MIPO وتخرجت المريضة بحالة جيدة تم متابعة المريضة وإجراء علاج فيزيائي بحركة منفعلة ثم فاعلة مع استعادة مجال حركة كامل .

A patient, 29 years old, become to the emergency room with a past history of a fall two weeks ago that led to the appearance of immediate pain with limited range of motion of the left shoulder. She visited another hospital and was diagnosed with a fracture of the upper humerus with a dislocation of the head of the humerus. The dislocation was reduced there and the patient was discharged on a sling. She returned to us after two weeks of the fall. The neurovascular examination was intact . On the X-RAY The displacement of the fracture was unacceptable radiologically to be treated non-operatively. We decided intervention and surgical procedure was performed with a lateral approach through the deltoid to reach the fracture site, and the fracture was reduced under intensifier and fixed with a PHELOS plate at the upper humerus using the MIPO technique. The patient discharged in a good condition. The patient was followed up and physical therapy was performed with passive and then active movement, with full range of motion restored.

راجع مريض ١٨ سنة إسعاف الجراحة العظمية بقصة رض مرفق رياضي مع تورم وتشوه بمحور الطرف تم تقييم المريض عصبيا ووعائيا ليتبين أنه سليم.
تم إجراء صور شعاعية بسيطة ليتبين وجود كسر بين وفوق لقمتي عضد.
تقرر إجراء تداخل جراحي إسعافي عبر مدخل خلفي للمرفق وإجراء خزع للناتئ الزجي وعزل العصب الزندي ثم رد قطع الكسر وتثبيتها بصفائح وبراغي .
تخرج المريض بعد يومين من الجراحة بصحة جيدة .

An 18-year-old patient referred to the orthopedic emergency room with a history of trauma to an elbow with swelling and deformity of the axis of the limb. Neurovascular examination was intact .
x-rays were taken to reveal a fracture comminuted intra and supracondylar fracture of the humerus. It was decided to perform an emergency surgical intervention through a posterior approach to the elbow through an olecranon process osteotomy , isolating the ulnar nerve, then reduce the fracture pieces and fix them with anatomical plates and screws.
The patient was discharged two days after surgery in good health .

The dislocation was reduced with instability of the elbow as a result of a rupture of the medial collateral ligament .
Medical history: none .
Neurovascular examination: normal .
It was decided to perform the hotchkiss approach after isolating the ulnar nerve, restoring the articular fragment and fixing it with Herbert screws
Physical therapy was performed as early as possible, a week after surgery, and the results occurred after two and a half months with complete stability of the elbow and full range of motion.

تم وضع المريض على علاج فيزيائي باكرا ما أمكن والنتيجة
بعد شهرين ونصف من العمل الجراحي

The patient, 25 years old, visited us in Hospital two and a half months ago with a history of sports trauma, posterior medial dislocation of the elbow with a coronoid process fracture.
