تسمية الدكتور حازم بقلة رئيساً جديداً لمنظمة .
والدكتور حازم بقلة طبيب مختص بأمراض وجراحة الأذن والأنف والحنجرة، كان متطوعاً في منظمة الهلال الأحمر العربي السوري بدمشق، وأسس لاحقاً إدارة الخدمات الطبية فيها، وشغل مناصب عدة منها رئيس الجمعية السورية لمكافحة السل والأمراض التنفسية، ونائب رئيس الشبكة الإقليمية العربية لمكافحة الإيدز، ، وشارك في تأسيس جمعية لمسة شفاء المتخصصة بالعمليات الجراحية للأطفال، وتلقى عدة شهادات تقدير دولية لجهوده في العمل الإنساني والطبي.

He received several international certificates of appreciation for his efforts in humanitarian and medical work, including his role in establishing the Lamset Shefaa Association for pediatric surgeries.
