Like all Army Wellness Centers, the Fort Knox AWC offers 6 Core Programs: 1) A health Assessment Review; 2) Physical Fitness Assessment and exercise prescription tailored to each client, 3) Nutrition Education that includes measurement of your Resting Metabolic Rate and calculation of your Total Energy Expenditure to help determine your caloric needs; 4) Stress Management to include Biofeedback utilizing the concept of "Quick Coherence"; 5) General Wellness Education; 6) Tobacco Education
