We performed a shaven FUE procedure and PRP[Platelets-rich plasma injection].
The machine usage was Trivellini’s MAMBA. The punch size was 0.95 mm, and the flare tip.
The implanting method by implanters.

The hairline was drawn in adult maturing fashion as the patient reached his 60s already.
At the number of 3k, we focus mainly on the half front.

The number of grafts breaks down into
1 hair graft x 478
2 hair graft x 1,978
3 hair graft x 578
Total = 3,034 FUG
The ratio of hair per graft = 2.03

We performed FUT hair transplantation. The grafts were put to the front
to the vertex area and as well as the temples peak.
The number of grafts breaks down into

1 hair unit x 1,188 FUGs
2 hair unit x 1,891 FUGs
3 hair unit x 582

Total number of grafts = 3,661
Average hair: graft = 1.83
Total number follicles = 6,716

The photos reveal 1 year result after our FUT procedure.

Medication treatment
Topical 5% Minoxidil continuously until 1 year after.
Finasteride 1 mg per day

We performed shaven FUE procedure. Using the MAMBA device and graft insertion was done with implanters.
The additional PRP was done intraoperation.
The number of grafts breaks down into

4 hair graft x 34
Total = 3,009 FUG

Total follicles = 6,216
Ratio of hair per graft = 2.06
The photos show 4 months, 12 months/ 1 year after hair transplantation.
