OBJECTIVES:
1.To work on people with low vision by supporting holistic approaches to help them achieve their full potential and encourage themselves to realize their ability, so they can do the best for themselves and others and live in society with happine
2.To expand effectively and efficiently any academic activities that precisely meet the needs of people with low vision.
3.To publicize the assessment of people with low vision concerning about their education, their occupation and their environment so that we can live together with peace and happiness.
4.To support the study of subjects in the areas of people with low vision in order to apply new approaches to assist them improving their full potential and their community as well.
5.To provide many activities in order to improve the quality of life and to elevate people with low vision around Thailand to be better in health, mental health, education, occupation, economic, social status and so on.
6. To collaborate and to cooperate with government and private sector both national and international organizations for assisting people with low vision
