🌈 50 Years of Gender Surgery in Thailand 🌈⁣

Back in 1975, Dr. Preecha performed the first male to female gender reassignment surgery in Thailand at Chulalongkorn University Hospital. At that time, there was no PAI yet—just a vision to help people live as their true selves.⁣
⁣
Over the years, that vision became the foundation of PAI. Our work has always been about practicing surgical skill with care, learning from experience, and helping each person live the life they choose.⁣
