TODAY WAS A GOOD DAY! I didn’t get lost 😊, and if I did, it was on purpose! 😅 Found this back road to and saw breathtaking mountains and valleys I may not have seen if I didn’t take that turn. Take those turns when your instinct tells you; take those risks when your “intuition” whispers to you; take that road less traveled because it feels damn good! LET THE JOURNEY (JOURNAL) BEGIN! Adventure Awaits! This journal was thoughtfully given to me as a gift from a very kind couple I used to practice yoga with at my past funky, little studio in Kamala, Phuket. Honestly, I kept looking at the cover page with the clear message of SUCCESS COMES FROM WITHIN. Nobody writes that journal for you! I kept waiting to open it and start writing in it for this entire year. Looking back now, I had made a lot of progress in the past 4 1/2 yrs—starting a new life and building my future dream career in Thailand. Yet, I had not yet been capable of sustaining the ability to handle being overwhelmed or stressed in a healthy manner at times. What is “WELLNESS”? I wrote a few pages in the journal a year ago and then never opened it again—until today, I wrote many pages in that journal and it FELT SO DAMN GOOD!!! Being “Perfectly Imperfect” is being human. Give yourself a break and keep going! The cracks in the crystal ball don’t become smooth overnight—it can take years, as it has for me of dedication and commitment to help oneself heal. 🧘🏻‍♀️
