First bulk of the year compete ✅ 👇

88kg ➡️ 98kg

I was going to push for the 100 but I left it off for 2 reasons. No 1 it’s only a number on the scales and it would have been more body fat than I wanted. No 2 I need to get shredding for the wedding 😆… Ireland in August & and abs need to make an appearance 🇮🇪

Anyways! Bulking is a complicated slow process especially for myself. I have terrible bodybuilding genetics but I will not leave that stop me! September to December will be another big push in weight and I’ll see what package I can bring for next year. I have no plans for photo shoots or shows as of yet it’s all going to depend on how the next bulk goes and also how this tidy up phase looks coming up to August.

I’m hoping to be in the low 90’s in a good lean place if I’m in the 80’s I still have A-LOT of work to do.

All in all, I kept my waist tight, digestion has been good and strength was great. Let’s keep the momentum 🫡💪

People ponder for months, weeks, maybe even years on what the best option for them is..

My answer to that is start in the morning and continue as you mean to go on.

A healthy balanced lifestyle with gradual results is made up of the below.

Nutrition consistency ✅
Motivation & focus ✅
Regular exercise ✅

In that exact order ‼️

If you don’t fuel yourself right you won’t have the energy and discipline or focus nor will you have the drive to workout.

Here’s some of my recent work with here in Thailand (4 to 12 weeks camp) 🇹🇭

What helping people and changing lives looks like in this industry - Educating your students, giving them a healthy outlook towards exercise & nutrition. You will be pushed hard physically.. but you will be taught how to correctly fuel your body with the right Calories and macros. Understand your food and you will understand 80% of what you are trying to achieve 🙌

Bulk update. I had no one to do my photos today so the local soi dog done them🐕 😂

93.5kgs fasted weight this AM 👋

Bodyfat is respectable and I’m really enjoying the current look, this took me a long time to get my head around but accepting a bulk phase has made me fall in love with bodybuilding more then ever 🧡

These past 10 days I really flicked the switch and made sure I was getting at least 2 personal bests per session AT LEAST👊💥

Over the next 8 days I fly to Bangkok and from there bike to Non Khai (boarder of Laos & Thailand). Bangkok will be the easy part with top tier gyms and food prep companies.. Rural Thailand .. will be a challenge, I may be on Thai food and Muay Thai training for a few days😂

Lastly - Bloods came back today everything is a in a good place to make another push once returned from travels and bring things up a level. Health is always a priority especially when bringing myself into unknown territory via food, supplements and training 🚀

1 day at a time, let’s get after it.

4 week shred camp done and dusted here in Phuket Thailand 🇹🇭

Ray has a lot of experience with fasting and is something he used right up to this trip. We implemented pre and post workout meals and split up his calories throughout the day for linear energy, nutrients to be shuttled to the body at the right time & to ensure proteins, carbs, fats and overall calories were smashed 👍

Work harder on the fork and knife folks it’s the only thing stopping you from achieving the look you want.. that and having me as your coach 👊 💥

Bulk update - check in day ☑️ 👇

91.5 this AM healthy gainz, feeling tight but a lot of corrections to get it right these past 10 days. Last weekend I “tracked” my food while out and some food groups didn’t agree with me. Felt boated and watery coming into Monday,
By Tuesday evening I shook it off and pushed check in out to Saturday this week bringing a look I was happy with.

Everything is refined and moving exactly as I want it on a daily basis. Gym PR’s ☑️ Digestion ☑️ Energy ☑️

Training day calories: 3600

Rest day calories: 3250

Once meals are spaced out I’m not feeling too full but always thirsty in this heat, sipping water is tough when you want to quench your thirst but drink too much.. you are super full 😂. Still getting in 4L a day, wish it was more and I wish I could chug it but I’d rather not puke 😆

All is moving well let’s get after it 🫡.. bonus Post shoulder pump pic!!

If you dedicated 16 weeks of 2024 to Good nutrition & regular exercise where do you think you would be? 🤙

Introducing Eugene, a hard working man running a family business and has put his work and hobbies first for many years 🔨

Now has regular walks, gym sessions & solid nutrition routine and man has it payed off! - 19kg down💥

That’s over 1kg a week over the course of 16 weeks and we didn’t have to do anything drastic. If you keep your routine, be true to you & give things time to work you have a linear progression always 🙌

This lad couldn’t have a better base as 2024 moves along. Where will we be in 16 more weeks, day by day 1% better ☑️
