This year I have been deeply connected with the Lotus-Born Master- Guru Rinpoche, in many different ways.
Reading his stories, chanting this mantra, and learning about his powerful ability to clear obstacles and transform energy.

And I’ve come to realize…
the greatest demons are never outside of us.
They live inside:
the fear that freezes our voice,
the doubt that makes us shrink,
the anger we suppress,
the shame we carry....

When I chant this mantra, I’m not calling for protection from the external world
I’m calling for the courage to face the parts of myself I’ve abandoned and to burn away illusions 🔥

Guru Rinpoche’s blessing is not just about clearing spirits
it’s about awakening the part of you that is fearless, wise, and luminous.

This year's thanksgiving was very special, the recent fire is teaching me the wisdom of impermanence, every encounter and meeting is the one and only and could be the final one.

Giving thanks to GOD that we can still wake up every morning,
that we are still breathing and our hearts are still beating.
