It’s good to be back in my happy place this week after 3 weeks overseas.
The vibe and atmosphere at .fitness is awesome and the equipment is high end.
I had the added bonus this morning of being first in so I get to control the sound system, sorry not sorry to the other folks who had to put up with a playlist that had nothing on it from the past 2 decades.

It’s not everyday that I get to meet a man half my age with the same taste in music! But is that guy, in addition to him being an excellent trainer. It’s always fun training .fitness in Shenton House truly a hidden gem of a gym in the CBD.

It was great to meet today at the pop up at Funan. Also managed to order my Cai Fan social club T-shirt.

Today’s class was the 12 days of Christmas workout which is a tough one, but we end with a little Christmas cheer.
