Oh you have no idea and you will never know how much length I had gone through just to be back on my mat. All pronations are gone through CARS from , ability to digest carbs and sugar through weight training inspired from , healthy cardiovascular from daily cardio session from Dr.Tany. I would probably do it all and again just to be back on this mat. My yoga practice is my sanctuary. I teach yoga for a living but I am a full time practitioner. Next station, 5k! and more muscle percentage. I don’t care about longitivtiy, yoga trends, post like anymore. It’s just me showing up on my mat for this life. People may come and go, practice on and off the mat. Here’s the truth, I like the now better than anywhere else.
