Everybody currently busy with fitness challenges and this is great but doesn’t really reflect the real life and really lifestyle

ARE YOU LISTENING ??
I am not dieting - I am eating intuitively
Not many understand what exactly it means but I have a great example from today’s lunch:
I had a veggie +quinoa +tempeh bowl (I am vegan hahah) & pumpkin soup. I started to eat and after just several minutes I felt full. That was really weird cause obviously it was not enough food in…. I decided to stop eating and wait to see if I would be ready to eat after 5-10 min. And I was, I did not finish all the bowl but I did listen and respect the feeling of hunger and fullness
It may look weird and maybe you think I am crazy but if I would not stop eating when my body signaled me to do so I would finish feeling sick and overeating.
It is not simple to listen and recognize what your body is trying to tell you BUT IT IS ALWAYS KNOWS WHAT IT NEEDS and you just need to listen❤️

START BY STARTING
You can make to do lists and plans, but if you are not starting to move in the right direction, you’ll get nowhere
Your start doesn’t suppose to big huge and dramatic, it can be just starting to hydrate yourself daily, or aiming for 10k steps a day BUT it just has to happen otherwise nothing happens and you are staying with your goals and lists not fulfilled…..

WHAT IS YOUR GOAL for this week?
Everybody has goals ( let’s talk fitness) but sometimes the goal is too big to look at it as one single goal.
Let’s say your goal is -10kg so you start exercising and for the first week happens nothing, the second week happens nothing so you start thinking that it is all a failure and you just quit.
But if you set yourself a goal for this upcoming week to have at least 4 trainings and you get to do this , by the next weekend you will accomplish your weekly goal and you will feel great about yourself and this will encourage you to continue to the next week and next goal THANT CAN BE ACHIEVED WEEKLY
It is important to have a BIG GOAL but it is also important to set SMALL GOALS along the way to be achieved in short periods of time (like 3 trainings a week/ drink 2L of water every day/ home cooked lunch 5 days a week….)
This week I aim to have 4 cardio sessions and 4 lifting sessions - would it be possible? Let’s see

BAD DAY IS THE ONE TO GROW FROM
It’s been a while I had one of these but it definitely hits different
I see myself differently, I feel in my body differently - it is the same body as yesterday but it’s just feels differently, you know what I mean?
I know that those days are tough but they are THE DAYS we grow from, we make progress by pushing just a bit harder, by making a bigger effort.
Bad body image days are an opportunity to go over the limits, cause if you just try to make your best on those days you will discover how far you can go over your boundaries!
That’s how it feels for me today, so if you feel the same - hope this will help you and make your day more positive ❤️

If we start thinking about time as money our decisions on what to do with it would be different. In today’s stories I was talking about the 3 options we have every single day to decide between regarding our free time: to invest, to spend, to waste. And it doesn’t matter at all how much free time we have but it does matter what we are doing with it and what is even more important is that we have the opportunity to make new choice every day! New day - new opportunity to make an investment!

WOURKOUT ROUTINE
I am the first person to encourage your to move when you are low in energy or really short in time cause on those days EVERY MOVEMENT COUNTS and every exercise will only contribute!
But those 5 min movements can not be the main part of your training routine if your goal is not only the movement but fitness progress and achievements.
Work hard, be consistence, enjoy the sweat and appreciate the soreness - this is the way to success but don't be hard on yourself on low energy days cause 5 min workouts are exactly for those days!

It is not enough to make a decision
It is not enough to wake up in the morning making your to do list to put in “workout” somewhere in the middle of your day.
It is not enough to write it down on the ‘post it’ to be sticked on your desk
Learning how to make it your top priority is important
Learning how to make time out of your busy schedule is necessary
Creating strong based routine can help you with this
Working on self discipline will definitely keep pushing on the hard days
It is not about decisions only, it is more about the whole lifestyle you are creating for yourself
