✨ Harmony Within Yoga & Sound Healing @ JW Marriott Bangkok ✨
Today I joined this beautiful yoga & sound healing session at Spa by JW 🕯️
Lately I’ve been quite stressed from work and study, but this class helped me truly unwind — the calming sound of singing bowls and gentle yoga flow made me feel so peaceful inside.
I slept so deeply that night 😴🧘🏻♀️
