Here are 3 Tips to Optimize Your Yoga Practice:

1. Don't hit the mat on an empty stomach! Opt for a light, easily digestible snack rich in complex carbs like avocado, oatmeal, berries, or nuts about 30-60 minutes before practice. This provides sustained energy for challenging poses.

2. Have small sips of water throughout your session to prevent dehydration and keep your muscles functioning optimally.

3. After practice, eat easily digestible protein like grilled chicken, fish, or tofu and complex carbs like brown rice, quinoa, or roasted veggies to support muscle recovery and energy levels.
