Most people think they can “recognise” autism.
But autism doesn’t have one face, one behaviour, or one way of being.
It shows up differently in different people.
And that’s why so many individuals go misunderstood or unsupported.
In workplaces, this matters more than we think.
Because inclusion isn’t about fitting people into a system.
It’s about building systems that include different ways of thinking.
