Practicing Third Series is the practice of learning how to keep going when the situation is not ideal 💪🏼❤️🔥
How can I lift my head up when I feel the weight of my leg behind my neck? How can I continue to lift my body when I feel no more power in my arms? How can I dare to open my heart when I'm lying on my stomach and my whole throat is exposed? And how can I keep going on days when I feel exhausted and just want to give up?
Somehow, after many years of practice, I just start, and the practice carries me through the asanas. The more I practice, the more I understand the deeper lessons each asana has to offer and how they can be applied to my everyday life. In moments where I want to give up in my life, I remember "I did this asana already, and it's the same thing."
