It’s been a busy but fun month of workshops, programs & pulling out our trusty crystal tools again for massages & treatments .😍 Always nice to have visitors who come to train both practices with us ❤️

Nice to have a returning visitor & his wife join us for a week long Reiki program.

Every program is tailored to support you in the best possible way. This one consisted of daily traditional Jikiden Reiki treatments and techniques focusing on anxiety and bringing better balance to mind, emotions & physical health. Jikiden translates to “direct teachings” and offers a grounded, simple yet effective approach focused on how it was originally practiced in the 1920-30s. Combined with daily Taiji & meditation training it was great to sense the difference in our clients mind, body & energy levels after a week of personal commitment to these practices.

Benefits over the week:

- Long term migraines gone after 2 days
- Noticeable reduction in anxiety & stress levels
- Improvement in eye issues after 4 days
- Improved sleep pattern, more calm & relaxed state
- Reduce active mind
- More conscious of negative thoughts and how to counteract them.
- More clarity and sense of inner connection.

First time to also do a program mainly through google translate! Thanks for your assistance!😆

Overall more balance & a rejuvenated energy system to support them both on the next leg of their trip.

Finally sharing some of our new Koh Chang collection we have been creating over these past 6 months✨

In between workshops we have been reigniting our creative vibes and finding fun ways to integrate our new surroundings into our designs 🐚🌿🏝️Each creation is handcrafted using 14k GF materials, hand picked shells from our local beach and intuitively paired with one of our favourite sparkly friends💎 Due to the natural characteristics of each crystal & shell, no one piece is ever the same 😊

Every piece as always is Reiki energized to enhance the good vibes of each creation✨

It’s been a busy start to the 🐍 year & a lively few months surrounded by students & fellow practitioners from both sides of our practice. It was great to have students visit for workshops, practitioners programs & taiji training as well as those who just wanted to retreat and rest with us for the month whilst learning some valuable life skills😂

Always nice to see the community grow & inspire one another over shared goals & values along the Path.❤️

As we begin to close the doors on 2024 it’s the perfect moment to revisit and reflect on the foundations of our practice - The Gokai. They represent the philosophy of life for Reiki practitioners but its simple teachings can be practiced by all. Take a small pause today and reflect on what they mean to you. If your a practitioner reflect on how you currently integrate them into your daily life & practice and ways you can refine them over the coming year. This is the true meaning of embodying Reiki❤️

A fun few days of teaching Reiki 1 & our crystals workshop. Although a short visit we manage to make the most of it- daily Taiji to put the mind in the right condition before delving inwards-full day Reiki training- followed by mandatory dips in the 🌊! It’s nice to observe students building a deeper connection & sensitivity over the days, as well as exploring their own creative processes. We hope these inner tools will continue to support you on your next stages. Enjoy the start of your Reiki journey & thanks for flying in for this very short but sweet trip! ✨

Creativity is a big part of our passion and what we love to share, so it’s always nice to get back into our creative processes 🤗 A sneak peak of some of our new Koh Chang 🏝️ collection. Combining Mother Natures special gifts 🐚 💎 with a little Reiki ✨. All of these pieces are one off creations created from hand picked shells from Koh Chang & paired with a matching crystal and intuitive design to compliment its natural energy & colour vibes. Inspired by the simple beauties of nature🌼

No better way to start the day then with morning Taiji & meditation training followed by a traditional Reiki session with this view🌴

3 days of daily practice & treatments- much longer is needed if we wish to create real change, but it’s still nice to observe the small subtle benefits that start to emerge to assist our visitors mind, body and energy levels. We hope these practices inspire you to continue making your own daily inner efforts.
