This photo isn’t just a yoga pose on the beach. For me this picture stands for so much more... ☯️

My own transformation:
A few years ago, I wouldn’t have recognized this version of me.
I used to bend for everyone else: their expectations, their timelines, their comfort. Somewhere along the way, I forgot what it felt like to stand firmly in my own space. I doubted myself more than I trusted myself.

Learning balance didn’t happen overnight... It happened in the hard situations, inner fights, conversations.
Through the tears noone saw and the moments I wanted to give up but chose to stay.

The ocean behind me reminds me of the huge World and our lives, full of opportunities and unseeable "things"... you know all of those what we know they are just around to corner, but we have no idea what will arise and when...

One day I stand stronger, the other day I loose balance.. but that's all about it, isn't it...
Just had to learn and keep reminding myself to stay grounded or come back to it when it all feels wobbly... 🧘🏻‍♀️🕉️

Happy Valentine's Day folks ☺️😜🥰

Now, posting these pictures is a bit out of my "comfort zone," BUT... to be truly honest, looking at these pictures made me proud of how far I have come with my "self-talk..."

I used to look at photos of myself and immediately start criticising: too this.... not enough that...too big...too small...too chunky...too...too...too... But never any kind words...

Nowadays I’m trying to do something different...
I’ve realised how deeply connected the mind and body are. My body listens to every thought I repeat in my head. And for years, I was feeding it with criticism and harmful words instead of kindness...🥰

So I’m practicing self-love. Speaking to myself more gently. Catching the negative thoughts and choosing compassion instead...💝

There’s a Zen quote which I love:
"To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don’t need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself.”

This Valentine’s Day, even as a single woman, I’m celebrating love - starting with the way I think about myself.
Because the relationship I have with me… truly matters most. AND it is NOT AT ALL EASY...mostly after the years of being so hard on myself in ALL FIELDS OF LIFE...but I am healing, growing and improving...😉

A Day at Wonderland Healing Centre ✨☀️

I usually wake up around 6:15 - 6:30am 🌅I get ready quietly, then step outside to make a herbal tea... I take a few moments to breathe, to ground, and head out for a 30minute walk to soak up the morning light. I call it my morning moving meditation: looking through the sky, listening to birdsong, breathing slowly.

From 8-9:30am, it’s morning yoga time, followed by a nourishing vegan breakfast.
11ish: another class or activity unfolds - today, a hike to a waterfall, surrounded by the jungle...🌴🥥

The afternoon brings a fabulous Thai massage at the centre, then time to truly unwind: a cold-water plunge, deep rest, and a chilled evening...

Sorry not sorry to the UK friends... 🇬🇧⛈️ After that hike to Khao Raa, this plunge was a necessity...😜Thanks to the fab plunge pool at I feel refreshed again... ☺️

Mini paradise in Koh Phangan 🧘🏻‍♀️🥰
Arrived yesterday and felt calm immediately…
Started with a meditation class, followed by Hatha Yoga and a really eye-opening (in every sense 😉) evening workshop.

Today was a full-on practice day: meditation, Vinyasa flow, backbend workshop, Tai Chi and Yin Yoga… ended the day with a lovely steam room session 😍
Feeling grateful, grounded, calm and centred ♥️
…and there are still 5 more days to be in mini-paradise

Today, we’re reminded that our mental health is just as important as our physical health, and that caring for ourselves isn’t selfish, it’s essential.

Taking care of your mind doesn’t always mean making huge changes. Sometimes, it’s the small, gentle acts of kindness toward yourself that make the biggest difference:
🌿 Take a few deep, mindful breaths when the world feels heavy
🧘‍♀️ Roll out your yoga mat — stretch, move, release
🏃‍♂️ Go for a walk or workout to boost your mood and energy
☀️ Spend a few minutes outside — feel the sunshine, breathe fresh air
🍎 Nourish yourself with good, wholesome food
☕️ Treat yourself — maybe a slice of cake and your favorite coffee
💚 Speak kindly to yourself — practice self-love and gratitude for who you are

Let’s keep reminding ourselves: it’s okay to pause, to rest, to feel, and to heal.

September, you were a month of celebrations and heart-full moments 🌸✨

From work successes to a joyful wedding party, a lovely lady’s 75th and grandma’s 80th, my heart is overflowing. A trip back to my home city brought family together for a birthday dinner, sweet catch-ups, and the best part...my nephews’ hugs 💕

This month also gave me heart warming moments in my yoga teaching...seeing its impact on others (and feeling myself grow stronger in my own practice) has been pure joy ♥️
And on one chilly autumn morning walk, I picked up my first conker of the season...the first is always my lucky charm I always carry into the season ahead 🍂
Goodbye September, thank you for all the beautiful moments... Roll on October, my favourite....BIRTHDAY MONTH🍁✨

Being an auntie is one of the most beautiful blessings in my life. Even though I live in England and my sweet nephew is all the way in Hungary, the love I feel for him knows no borders 🌍❤️🥰
Every smile, every milestone, and every little moment shared fills my heart with pride and joy. Distance may keep us apart physically, but nothing can lessen the bond we share 👶🤗🥰
