This meditation is based on the ancient Hawaiian practice of Ho'oponopono, which means "to make things right." By repeating specific affirmations, you can release any negative emotions, heal relationships, and create positive change in your life.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗲 :

The Ho'oponopono consists of four simple statements or affirmations, which are repeated over and over. This meditation is set to relaxation music, allowing you to experience a deep state of relaxation.

𝗠𝗬𝗢𝗙𝗔𝗦𝗖𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗥𝗘𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘

MYOFASCIAL RELEASE is a massage therapy technique that targets the connective tissues (fascia) that surround the muscles. The prefix "myo-" in myofascial refers to the muscles, and the term "fascia" refers to the soft tissue structures that envelop and support the muscles.

A SELF-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE involves exerting sustained pressure on specific parts of the body that may have restrictions, tightness, inflexibility, adhesions, or lack of movement. The technique can be performed on oneself using the hands, a foam roller, or a tennis ball.

Benefits of SELF-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE:

1. Increasing Circulation and Blood Flow: Massaging the myofascial tissues promotes blood circulation, allowing fresh oxygen and nutrients to reach the affected area. This can enhance tissue healing, reduce inflammation, and promote muscle health.

2. Increased Flexibility: Applying pressure to the fascia increases joint flexibility, reducing injuries and releasing restrictions.

3. Reducing Adhesion and Scar Tissue: As a result of injury or inflammation, adhesions and scar tissue can form. This type of adhesion can be softened or released by massaging the affected area, which promotes healing and restores muscle function.

4. Aiding in Preventing Injury: Regular SELF-MYOFASCIAL RELEASE can help identify and address muscle imbalances or weaknesses, reducing the risk of musculoskeletal injuries. By releasing tension in tight muscles, this technique can help prevent imbalances that can lead to overuse injuries.
