KARMA
After last night’s eclipse puja, this morning we offered an act of compassion by releasing fish into the lake. With hearts full of gratitude, we honor our parents, ancestors, revered gurus, and the Supreme Divine Source. Blessings and thanks to all who joined and supported this sacred offering.

SANKALPA
Sankalpa is a sacred vow or intention made before beginning your Sadhana or mantra japa. It is a small ceremony in which you declare to the deity or divine presence the exact number of malas (repetitions) and the number of days you will practice. The purpose of taking a Sankalpa is to cultivate discipline, determination, and focus in your spiritual path, ensuring that your practice is done with commitment and sincerity.

EVERYTHING IS PART OF LIFE
At the beginning of our spiritual journey, we must separate our activities. We decide what to do and what not to do, because this discipline purifies both body and mind. This is what we often call choosing positive actions.

After many years of austerity and discipline, we begin to realize that everything belongs to the same whole. Illusion itself becomes part of truth. We see that illusion is necessary in order to recognize truth—without it, truth cannot be understood. At this moment, the two merge as one. No more conflict, no more separation.

Truth exists everywhere, in all environments and situations. Nothing exists outside of it. Illusion is not an enemy but a testing ground, an essential part of the process. When we truly understand this, balance arises. Balance is never fixed—it shifts with circumstances, and we shift with it. The difference from before is that now we carry inner awareness and understand the laws of existence.

Everything is leela—a divine play. We must learn to play accordingly, in alignment with the path we have chosen—whether monk, yogi, hermit, priest, sadhu, siddha, or professional person. Each soul is at a different stage of maturity and therefore needs different practices. There is no single formula for spiritual realization. What matters is maintaining awareness, learning from each situation in life.

With awareness and understanding, our actions become more precise, we waste less time and energy, and we progress more deeply—both in life and in spirit.

IDDAIKKADAR SIDDHAR JEEVA SAMATHI
By the grace of the temple, we were allowed to sit and meditate inside the Jeeva Samadhi of Iddaikkadar Siddhar. The moment I entered, I felt a shift—a subtle, yet unmistakable presence, as if the very air around me had been charged. Some may question if this is the “right” place, but the energy there was undeniable: strong, welcoming, and alive.
It coursed through the body like pure electricity, flowing through every fiber of my being, making the mind settle and enter meditation effortlessly. The vibrations weren’t just around the body… they seemed to speak directly to the soul, opening gateways to inner silence and clarity. Time felt suspended, and the body was simultaneously energized and calm.
It was not just a meditation; it was a meeting with a Siddhar’s living energy, a rare glimpse into a force that transcends words, guiding you effortlessly toward stillness and insight.
