Our Hotspring Water Temple is situated amidst rice-paddies with a 360 degree view in the peaceful valley of Pai.

**INTRO to the ART of WATER THERAPY**

For those interested to explore water as medicine and/or, elevate their current bodywork offerings to include water element/ wish to offer therapeutic water sessions in the future. We’re going to dive into the Art of Water Therapy - how to connect with the water element and grow your liquid roots enabling your receiver to transcend; how to ground and center yourself while being attentive to flow and body signals.
You will learn (give & receive):
💎 Fundamental ways to support the head
💎How to connect to the breath of your receiver
💎About 6-8 basic, but profound movements
💎The art of effortless movement in the water

This Intro will take place in a heated pool. We will start on land in the comfort of the shala with an opening practice, and spend most of the time in the water together.

Welcome for the special edition of ‘FUNDAMENTALS’ in Koh Phangan. The course will start April 21st and will complete on April 29th with a closing practice.

TIME: 2pm-7pm

DATES:
APRIL 21, 22, 24, 25, 27, 28 (2pm-7pm)
Closing practice: April 29 (4-7pm)
Break days: April 23 & 26

AQUATIC BODYWORK ‘FUNDAMENTALS’ COURSE, (33hrs)
JAN 6 - JAN 14, Pai Water Temple

We invite you to our therapeutic pools to discover the realm of aquatic bodywork - a profound healing modality in warm water that allows for the body to open in an almost zero gravity environment.

This course will introduce you to the fundaments in the facilitation of the aquatic healing journey - Safety, Stability & Ultimate flow - the vital aspects to welcome processes of release and reconnection with Self.

💠 Small intimate groups with dedicated hands-on support
💠 Course design enables participants with an embodied facilitation sequence and also beneficial for those already acquainted with Aquatic Bodywork
💠 Daily grounding ritual, space that allows for personal care & growth to happen
💠 High quality thermal water (0% chlorine or chemicals) in the most beautiful therapy pool in Thailand!

🧘‍♀️LAND: Exploration of themes such as spine anatomy, facilitator & receiver relationship, boundaries, opening and closing sessions
🌊WATER: Listening to the breath, observing and noticing body language, the art of effortless movement in water, footwork & posture, stable & safe support of the neck, basics of underwater therapy
