Holly grew up in a ‘new age’ household where her parents b&b was the community space for meditations, talks and workshops.

⭐️ Magical Yoga and Wellness Sanctuary in Pai, Thailand⭐️ A wide range of holistic practices including Yoga, Breathwork, Soundbaths, Kirtan and Integration/Emotional Balancing Workshops Following in her parents footsteps she took a spiritual healing course in her teens and then left it all on the back burner to work in fashion and wander the world. Eventually feeling something was missing from her life she has come back to her roots, exploring healing modalities in order to help herself and serve others.
