Another amazing luxury wellness retreat by x ! ✨ 🏝!

Our 14th luxury wellness retreat Fit & Flow Wellness Retreat was hosted at one of the most beautiful, spacious and lush resorts in Phuket 💚

We felt refreshed, renewed and re-energized by so many amazing programs including yoga classes, heart and hip opening workshop, barre and HIIT classes, sound healing journey ✨ as well as a private Catamaran trip to the most beautiful island in Phuket 🌊 ☀️🏝

And it definitely was not a coincidence that the weather cleared up just in time for our retreat so we could enjoy some ☀️ as well as some cool breeze! (It was flooded and storming in Phuket one week prior to our retreat!)

Another successful retreat by us x ! This is our 12th for our luxury wellness retreat and it was even more special because we added one-on-one surfing sessions 🏄‍♀️ into the program as well as amazing yoga classes and workshops 🧘🏻‍♀️.
