ปีนี้ไม่ได้เริ่มต้นอย่างง่ายดายนัก ช่วงต้นปีมีอุปสรรคที่ทำให้ภารกิจของเราต้องชะลอลงชั่วคราว และมีหลายช่วงเวลาที่เส้นทางข้างหน้าดูไม่แน่นอน

แต่ด้วยพลัง แรงสนับสนุน และความเชื่อมั่นจากชุมชนของเรา VetVan จึงกลับมาเดินหน้าต่อได้อย่างเข้มแข็ง พวกเราเลือกที่จะไปต่อด้วยกัน ด้วยเป้าหมายเดียวกันคือการสร้างการเปลี่ยนแปลงที่แท้จริงและยั่งยืนให้กับสุนัขจรในจังหวัดระยอง

เมื่อก้าวเข้าสู่ปีใหม่ ภารกิจของเรายังคงชัดเจนเช่นเดิม คือการลงมือทำอย่างต่อเนื่อง การทำหมันอย่างไม่หยุดยั้ง และการทำงานเพื่ออนาคตที่อ่อนโยนยิ่งขึ้นสำหรับสุนัขในระยอง

This year didn’t begin easily. Early challenges temporarily slowed our mission and there were moments when the road ahead felt uncertain.

But thanks to the strength, support and belief of our community, VetVan came back stronger. Together, we chose to keep going. United by the same goal of making real, lasting change for Rayong and its stray dog population.

We couldn’t have done this year without the Happy Doggo team. Their support, trust and genuine care for the mission made thousands of dog spays possible. We’re incredibly grateful for this partnership and friendship, and we can’t wait to keep building together in 2026. Happiest of New Year to the Happy Doggo team 🩵

Every clinic, every dog helped and every step forward has been made possible by people who care and want to make a difference together.

เมื่อเข้าสู่ช่วงเทศกาลและการเฉลิมฉลองที่มีการจุดพลุ เราขอความร่วมมือทุกท่านช่วยดูแลสัตว์เลี้ยงให้ปลอดภัย สงบ และอยู่ในบ้านในช่วงที่มีเสียงดัง

🎇‼️ เสียงพลุเป็นสิ่งที่น่ากลัวมากสำหรับสัตว์ เสียงดังฉับพลันอาจทำให้ตื่นตระหนก วิ่งหนี หลุดออกจากบ้าน หรือได้รับบาดเจ็บได้ การป้องกันด้วยวิธีง่าย ๆ สามารถช่วยชีวิตพวกเขาได้

วิธีช่วยดูแลสัตว์ให้ปลอดภัยในช่วงเทศกาล:

As fireworks and holiday celebrations begin, we’d like to remind everyone to keep pets safe, calm and at home during noisy events.

🎇‼️ Fireworks can be extremely frightening for animals. Sudden loud noises often cause panic, leading pets to run, escape or injure themselves. Taking a few simple steps can make a huge difference.

How you can help keep dogs and cats safe this holiday:
* Keep pets indoors during fireworks, ideally in a quiet, familiar room
* Close doors, gates and windows securely to prevent escape
* Play soft music or turn on the TV to help mask loud noises
* Stay calm - animals often take cues from us
* Ensure collars, tags and ideally microchip details are up to date

A reminder for drivers 🚙
During fireworks, frightened animals will likely run onto roads unexpectedly. Please drive slowly, stay alert and watch carefully for dogs and cats who may be panicking or disoriented.

จับสุนัขในโรงงาน เพื่อหยุดวงจรการเพิ่มจำนวน Catching factory dogs to stop the cycle [Eng Below]

ที่ VetVan ภารกิจของเรานั้นเรียบง่าย…คือการทำหมันสุนัขให้ได้มากที่สุด เพื่อป้องกันความทุกข์ทรมานในอนาคต เรามีบริการ จับสุนัขและรับ–ส่งฟรี ครอบคลุมกว่า 40 ตำบล ซึ่งหลายพื้นที่มีโรงงานขนาดใหญ่ ที่หากไม่มีการจัดการ จำนวนสุนัขสามารถเพิ่มขึ้นอย่างรวดเร็ว

🐶 เมื่อสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา ทีมจับสุนัขผู้เชี่ยวชาญของเรา พี่วิท และพี่กุ้ง ลงพื้นที่โรงงานแห่งหนึ่งใน ห้วยโป่ง และสามารถจับสุนัขเพศเมียได้ทั้งหมด 22 ตัว ทุกตัวได้รับการทำหมันและฉีดวัคซีนพิษสุนัขบ้า ฟรี ความพยายามครั้งนี้ช่วยป้องกันไม่ให้ลูกสุนัขอีกหลายสิบตัวหรืออาจหลายร้อยตัว ต้องเกิดมาเผชิญความยากลำบาก

At VetVan, our mission is simple…to spay as many dogs as possible to prevent future suffering. We provide free dog catching and pick-up services across 40 sub-districts, many of which are home to large factories where unmanaged dog populations can quickly increase.

🐶 Last week, our skilled dog catching team, P’Witt and P’Goong, spent the day at a factory in Huai Pong. They successfully caught 22 female dogs, all of whom received free spay surgery and rabies vaccinations. Thanks to this effort, dozens, if not hundreds, of future puppies will never be born into hardship.

Some were struggling to survive on the streets. Some were elderly, disabled or seriously ill. Others came from neglect and hardship.

สัปดาห์นี้เราเปิดคลินิกพิเศษแบบปิด เพื่อช่วยเหลือสุนัขจากพื้นที่ห่างไกลในอำเภอปลวกแดง โดยมีการประสานงานในการจับและขนส่ง (มีค่าขนส่ง)

สุนัขอีก 50 ตัวได้รับการทำหมันและฉีดวัคซีนพิษสุนัขบ้าแล้ว นับเป็นอีกหนึ่งก้าวสำคัญในการลดความทุกข์ทรมานและป้องกันการเกิดลูกสุนัขในอนาคต เช่นเคย การทำหมันและวัคซีนพิษสุนัขบ้าทั้งหมดให้บริการฟรีสำหรับสุนัขในจังหวัดระยอง 🩵

ทีมงาน VetVan ขอพักผ่อนสั้น ๆ หลังจากทำงานอย่างหนัก และจะกลับมาเปิดคลินิกทำหมันฟรีแบบวอล์กอินอีกครั้งตั้งแต่วันที่ 6 มกราคม

This week we ran a special closed clinic, reaching dogs from more remote areas of Pluak Daeng with coordinated catching and transport support (transport fee applied).

50 more dogs are now spayed and protected with rabies vaccinations, another step toward reducing suffering and preventing future litters. As always, all spay surgery and rabies vaccines were provided free for dogs in Rayong 🩵

The VetVan team is now taking a short, well-earned break. We’ll be back with our free walk-in spay clinics from 6 January.
🗓️ Our monthly clinic schedule will be posted on the 1st of the month, as always.

These sweet kittens were abandoned in a box with their mother and left in serious danger. Thankfully, they’re now safe but only temporarily. We urgently need to find them loving, permanent homes.

They’re gentle, friendly, and used to people. Playful, curious, and full of love, they’re exactly the kind of kittens who will grow into wonderful companions.

About them:
• Around 3 months old.
• 2 males, 2 females.
• First vaccinations completed.
• Free sterilisation provided by VetVan in 1 month.
• Free delivery within Rayong & Chonburi.

สุนัขจรจัดที่ถูกพบพร้อมลวดโลหะรัดแน่นรอบปาก จนปากแทบจะขาดออกครึ่งหนึ่ง ต้องทนทุกข์กับความเจ็บปวดเกินจะจินตนาการได้

ด้วยฝีมืออันยอดเยี่ยมของ คุณหมอโน้ต เวย์นได้รับการผ่าตัดอย่างละเอียด เพื่อเย็บและยึดปากของเขากลับเข้าที่อย่างปลอดภัย ตอนนี้เขาสามารถกินอาหาร ใช้ชีวิตได้อย่างสบาย และเป็นอิสระได้อีกครั้ง

ค่ารักษาพยาบาลทั้งหมดเป็นจำนวน 8,325 บาท และจนถึงขณะนี้ เราได้รับเงินบริจาคเพียง 0 บาท เท่านั้น 😢 💢 เรามีกองทุนฉุกเฉินเพียงพอสำหรับดูแลเคสวิกฤตได้ครั้งละ 1–2 เคสเท่านั้น หากเคสใดไม่ได้รับการสนับสนุนค่าใช้จ่ายอย่างครบถ้วน นั่นไม่ได้แค่ทำให้เราช้าลง แต่จะหยุดการช่วยเหลือฉุกเฉินของเราทั้งหมดทันที จนกว่าจะสามารถรวบรวมกองทุนขึ้นมาใหม่ได้

This stray dog was found with metal wire tightly wrapped around his muzzle, half of his mouth barely hanging on, living in unimaginable pain.

Thanks to the incredible skill of Dr Note, Wayne underwent delicate surgery that secured his mouth back into place. He can now eat & live comfortably and be free once again.

He’s a feral stray, fearful of people, so it’s best for him was returning to the farms he calls home. He has people who look out for him and feed him daily and now he can live without constant suffering

The total veterinary bill is 8,325 baht, and so far we’ve received 0 donations! 😢 💢 We only ever have enough emergency funds to handle a couple of critical cases at a time. When a case like Wayne’s isn’t fully funded, it doesn’t just slow us down, it stops our emergency rescue work completely until we can rebuild those funds.

ลูกสุนัขอีก 2 ตัว ที่ถูกนำมาทิ้งไว้ที่วัดและตกอยู่ในอันตรายอย่างมาก ตอนนี้ได้ไปใช้ชีวิตกับครอบครัวแสนอบอุ่น และมีบ้านที่ปลอดภัยเต็มไปด้วยความรักแล้ว
