MHS မိသားစု၏ နှစ်သစ်မင်္ဂလာ ဆုတောင်းစကား

မြန်မာနှစ်သစ်ကူးအတာသင်္ကြန်အခါသမယတွင် MHS မိသားစုဝင်များနှင့် မိတ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းများအားလုံး ကျန်းမာချမ်းသာ၍ ပျော်ရွှင်သာယာသော နှစ်သစ်ကို ကြိုဆိုနိုင်ကြပါစေကြောင်း ဆုမွန်ကောင်းတောင်းအပ်ပါသည်။

ပြီးခဲ့သောနှစ်အတွင်း ကြုံတွေ့ခဲ့ရသော အခက်အခဲများကို သင်ခန်းစာအဖြစ်ယူကာ နှစ်သစ်တွင် ပိုမိုတိုးတက်ကောင်းမွန်သော အောင်မြင်မှုများ ရရှိနိုင်ကြပါစေ။ မေတ္တာတရား၊ သနားကြင်နာမှုနှင့် အပြန်အလှန်လေးစားမှုတို့ဖြင့် အတူတကွ လက်တွဲကာ အနာဂတ်ကောင်းတစ်ခုကို တည်ဆောက်နိုင်ကြပါစေ။

MHS အနေဖြင့်လည်း ပညာရေးအရည်အသွေးမြင့်မားရေးနှင့် ကျန်းမာရေးဆိုင်ရာ ကူညီပံ့ပိုးမှုများကို ဆက်လက်တိုးချဲ့ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး ကျောင်းသားကျောင်းသူများ၏ အနာဂတ်ကောင်းမွန်ရေးအတွက် အားစိုက်ကြိုးပမ်းသွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။ နှစ်သစ်တွင် ကောင်းကျိုးချမ်းသာများပြည့်စုံကာ အိမ်ထောင်စုတိုင်း အေးချမ်းသာယာကြပါစေကြောင်း ဆုမွန်ကောင်းတောင်းအပ်ပါသည်။

သင်္ကြန်အခါတော်တွင် နိုင်ငံသူ နိုင်ငံသားအားလုံး နှစ်သစ်မင်္ဂလာများနှင့် ပြည့်စုံကြပါစေ။

သွားနှင့်ခံတွင်းပြဿနာများကို အချိန်မီ ကာကွယ်ပါ

သွားနာခြင်းကို လူအများက သာမန်ပြဿနာတစ်ခုဟုသာ ယူဆကြသော်လည်း၊ နာကျင်မှုသည် ပြင်းထန်လာနိုင်ပြီး အချိန်မီ မကုသပါက အသက်အန္တရာယ်အထိ ဖြစ်စေနိုင်ပါသည်။

၁၉၉၀ မှ ၂၀၁၀ ခုနှစ်အတွင်း ကမ္ဘာ့ကျန်းမာရေးအဖွဲ့အစည်း (WHO) မှ ပြုလုပ်ခဲ့သော Global Burden of Disease (GBD) သုတေသနအရ၊ ရောဂါအမျိုးအစား ၂၀၀ ကျော်အနက် လူတစ်ဦး၏ တစ်သက်တာအတွင်း ကျန်းမာရေးဝန်ထုပ်ဝန်ပိုးကို အထူးပြင်းထန်စေနိုင်သည့် အခြေအနေများတွင် သွားနှင့်ခံတွင်းရောဂါများသည် အရေးပါသော အခန်းကဏ္ဍတစ်ရပ်အဖြစ် ပါဝင်နေသည်ကို တွေ့ရှိရပါသည်။

အထူးသဖြင့်—
နံပါတ် (၁) — ဆေးကုသမှုမခံရသေးသော လူကြီးသွားပိုးစားခြင်း (Untreated caries of permanent teeth)
နံပါတ် (၆) — ပြင်းထန်သော သွားဖုံးရောဂါ (Severe periodontal disease)
နံပါတ် (၁၀) — ဆေးကုသမှုမခံရသေးသော ကလေးသွားပိုးစားခြင်း (Untreated caries of deciduous teeth)
နံပါတ် (၃၆) — ပြင်းထန်သော သွားဆုံးရှုံးမှု (Severe tooth loss)ဟူ၍ သတ်မှတ်ထားပါသည်။

ထို့ကြောင့် သွားနှင့်ခံတွင်းကျန်းမာရေးသည် လူတစ်ဦး၏ အထွေထွေကျန်းမာရေးအတွက် မဖြစ်မနေ အရေးပါသော အစိတ်အပိုင်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်ပါသည်။

MHS အနေဖြင့် “ကာကွယ်ခြင်းသည် ကုသခြင်းထက် ပိုမိုထိရောက်သည်” ဟူသော အယူအဆကို အခြေခံကာ-

ဆောင်ရန်၊ ရှောင်ရန် အကြံပြုချက်များကို မျှဝေခြင်း၊ သွားနှင့်ခံတွင်း ပညာပေးလုပ်ငန်းများ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်းတို့ကို ဆက်လက်အကောင်အထည်ဖော်လျက်ရှိပါသည်။

ထို့ပြင် နှစ်စဉ် ပြုလုပ်ပေးသည့် ကျောင်းကျန်းမာရေးအစီအစဉ်များတွင်လည်းကုသရေးဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို ပံ့ပိုးပေးလျက်ရှိပါသည်။

အချစ်နဲ့အနာဂတ်အတွက် English အရေးအပြောကို စတင်လိုက်ပါ

ယနေ့ခေတ်၊ ယနေ့ကာလမှာ အင်္ဂလိပ်စကားပြောနိုင်ခြင်းဟာ အရေးပါနေပါပြီ။ စတင်မယ့်အချိန်မှာ တွန့်ဆုတ်မနေဘဲ တက်ကြွစွာ လေ့လာသင်ယူပြီး လက်တွေ့အသုံးချဖို့ လိုအပ်ပါတယ်။ အင်္ဂလိပ်စကားမပြောတတ်တဲ့ ကောင်လေးတစ်ယောက် မိခင်ကို ဆုံးရှုံးလိုက်ရသလို ချစ်သူကောင်မလေးကလည်း ထားသွားတဲ့ ဇာတ်လမ်းလေးကို ရယ်စရာပုံစံဖြင့် သွေးသစ်ကျောင်းသူ၊ကျောင်းသားများက ကျောင်းဆင်းပွဲမှာ ပညာပေးထားပါတယ်။

ဆာသူးလေ Graduation Day

ဆာသူးလေ ကရင်အမျိုးသားအထက်တန်းကျောင်းမှာ မနေ့က (၁၈) ကြိမ်မြောက် အောင်လက်မှတ်အပ်နှင်းပွဲ ကျင်းပခဲ့ပါတယ်။

၂၀၂၅–၂၀၂၆ ပညာသင်နှစ်အတွက် K.G ကနေ Grade-12 နဲ့ GED အထိ ကျောင်းသား/သူ စုစုပေါင်း ၁၄၅ ယောက်ကို အောင်လက်မှတ်တွေ ပေးခဲ့တာပါ။

အခမ်းအနားမှာလည်း ထူးချွန်တဲ့ ကျောင်းသားတွေကို ဆုတွေချီးမြှင့်ပေးခဲ့ပြီး ထိုင်းဘက်က တာဝန်ရှိသူတွေနဲ့ မိတ်ဖက်အဖွဲ့အစည်းတွေလည်း တက်ရောက်အားပေးခဲ့ကြတယ်။

တကယ်တော့ ဒီပွဲက ကျောင်းသားတွေ အောင်မြင်မှုကို အသိအမှတ်ပြုပေးတာအပြင် သူတို့ရဲ့ အနာဂတ်ပညာရေးလမ်းကြောင်းအတွက်လည်း အားပေးမှုဖြစ်စေတဲ့ အရေးကြီးတဲ့ပွဲတစ်ခုလို့ လည်းပြောလို့ရတယ်။

Graduation Ceremony Held at New Blood Learning Center

The graduation ceremony of New Blood Learning Center was successfully held on March 29, 2026, at the school campus in Mae Sot, Thailand.

During the ceremony, a total of 229 students were awarded their graduation certificates from various programs. The graduates included:

GED Program – 173 students
Cambridge Program – 44 students
Business Management – 8 students
Business English – 4 students

School officials delivered congratulatory speeches, encouraging the graduates to continue striving for success in their future education and career paths.

The ceremony marked an important milestone in the students’ academic journeys and celebrated their achievements as they move forward to new opportunities.
