Our yoga classes in Dili are on but the Saturday and Sunday 9am classes and Sunday 4 pm classes have a 14hr notice to notify your attendance. Same for our weekday afternoon classes.
The 6.15 am morning classes are without. You can just show up. All classes at esplanada and zoom.

We offer various multi level classes with different focuses and adaptable to everyone needs. At the time being most classes are at Hotel Esplanada pantai kelapa and zoom. No need for registration, we have mats and (sustainable locally sourced) props (to use or buy). But if you have your own mat please bring it. And take care of the necessary covid19 measurements.
Every day 6.15 am (Ending is flexible) vinyasa flow (Saturday and Sunday aswell)
Saturday and Sunday 9 am hatha flow
Tuesday and Thursday 5.30 pm hatha yoga
Wednesday 6 pm hatha yoga
We provide private and company classes and yoga retreats on request.

Prices drop in a class@$15 , members $10 (5x $50 card no expiration date) or our still on covid 19 discount rate monthly unlimited $180. Special rates for volunteers and timorese nationality.
