September is one of the best months to visit SW Türkiye. And the family run Grenadine Lodge Hotel is THE best venue for a lovely yoga holiday. Ok … to all my dog loving pals out there I have a desperate plea for help.
A dear friend of ours who recently passed away has two 7year old Yorkshire Terriers who now need a new home. They need to be homed together - not split up. If any of you can help in any way please DM me. Many thanks. 🙏🏻 x

We'll soon be restarting our yoga classes at the Peldon & Wigboroughs Community Hall - on Monday 8th January 2024 at 2.00pm.
What better way to kick off 2024 than with the intention of looking after your health and wellness in these often challenging times.
The classes are mixed ability so, if you've ever fancied giving yoga a try or you want to find out what it's all about, please come along and join us. Beginners are welcome.
Equally, if you've done yoga before but feel a bit rusty there's a place for you too.
The classes involve a balanced mix of the physical posture work as well as breathwork and relaxation. We're a friendly bunch and we'd love to have you join us.
Alternatively, if a private 1:2:1 session in the comfort of your own home feels more like your thing, that's also available.

This is definitely a story for you Oliver Spörri .. ❤️❤️

This wild Kingfisher's grandparent, I found in the garden, nearly dead, some years ago. Nursed him back to health, and set him free. The next morning, the family swooped down, past me, in gratitude.
A couple of years later, I awoke to find the next generation, a parent of this bird, waiting for me on the terrace, his wing seemed broken. I picked him up and examined him. He never flinched, and stared deeply into my eyes. A thorn had locked his wing from operating. I pulled it out, and set him free. Without fail, he passes my window every day at the same time, crying out to me.
This baby, sat in the tree, eye to eye with me, then flew directly to my hand, and sat there for several minutes, before flying away.
Intuition, compassion, good intent, those essences of love, was all we had. Pure, unspoken.
An energy that has no end, and passes silently onward, much further than we can imagi.

Not long now until my yoga holiday at the fabulous Grenadine Lodge Hotel , being looked after by my very dear friend Aygül. ❤️🌹
