Ok lovelies. It’s time I get back to work. However, I will only be doing Skype sessions until my son leaves for Australia in July (God willing). Anxiety, stress, depression, compassion fatigue....07834161858

Business resumes as anxiety heightens. Well, sort of resumes.

There have been an overwhelming amount of anxiety tips, blogs, videos and advice on the internet, so I haven’t contributed. Not because I don’t care, but because it felt like touting for business to vulnerable people and there was already plenty of advice out there.

Also, anyone who knows me knows I would rather (insert anything dreadful) than Skype or be on camera in any way. Instead, I have been trying to create a free course to combat anxiety online. However, since I don’t actually know how to do it, going is slow.

I think I’m going to have to bite the bullet and offer Skype sessions. Also, I am able, from July (hopefully) to offer face to face sessions which comply with social distancing. I say “hopefully” as my son is supposed to go to Sydney in July to do his PhD and we are staying in isolation until then to try to ensure no one is ill until he is gone.

So, Skype sessions will be possible with the caveat that I’m finding a way to replace my beloved whiteboard online.
