Glaucoma is the most common ocular manifestation of Sturge–Weber syndrome, associated with episcleral venous anomalies.
Facial port-wine stain in V1 distribution — classic sign of Sturge–Weber syndrome.
Retinal changes — suggestive of choroidal hemangioma.
Ocular ultrasound — increased choroidal thickness.
Oral mucosal involvement — port-wine stain on upper palate.
Brain MRI — leptomeningeal angioma causing seizures and hemiparesis.
