Rahim İçi Miyomlar ve Gebelik Süreci
Daha önce aşılama ve tüp bebek tedavileri denemiş ancak sonuç alamamış hastamızda, yaptığımız incelemeler sonucunda rahim içerisinde yaklaşık 1.5 cm boyutunda bir miyom tespit ettik. Bu tür kitleler, embriyonun tutunmasını engelleyerek gebelik şansını ciddi oranda düşürebiliyor.
Bugün gerçekleştireceğimiz histeroskopik cerrahi ile bu engeli ortadan kaldırıyoruz. Yaklaşık 2 aylık bir iyileşme sürecinin ardından, hastamızın hayalindeki gebelik için yeni bir tedavi yolculuğuna başlayacağız. Sağlık her şeyin başı!
Intrauterine Fibroids and the Pregnancy Process
In our patient, who had previously undergone unsuccessful insemination and IVF treatments, we identified a fibroid approximately 1.5 cm in size within the uterus. Such masses can significantly reduce the chances of pregnancy by preventing embryo implantation.
With the hysteroscopic surgery we are performing today, we are removing this obstacle. After a recovery period of about 2 months, we will begin a new treatment journey for the pregnancy our patient dreams of. Health comes first!

Menopoz döneminde rahim iç zarı (endometrium) kalınlığının takibi hayati önem taşır. Beklenenden fazla kalınlaşma veya yer kaplayan oluşumlar, ileri tetkik gerektirir. Bu vakada, daha önce küretajla alındığı belirtilen ancak 10 mm çapında hala varlığını koruyan bir polip tespit ettik. Histeroskopik yöntemle bu lezyonu tamamen temizleyerek patolojik incelemeye gönderiyoruz. Unutmayın, doğru teşhis için altın standart yöntemler önemlidir.
Endometrium Takibi: Menopozda kalınlaşma dikkatle izlenmelidir.
Histeroskopi: Poliplerin kesin tanısı ve tedavisi için en güvenilir yöntemdir.
Doğru Yöntem: Küretaj gibi işlemler her zaman yeterli olmayabilir, uzman görüşü şarttır.

Monitoring the thickness of the uterine lining (endometrium) during menopause is vital. Thickness beyond expectations or space-occupying formations require further investigation. In this case, we detected a 10 mm polyp that was previously thought to be removed by curettage but was still present. We are now removing this lesion completely via hysteroscopy and sending it for pathological examination. Remember, gold standard methods are essential for accurate diagnosis.
Endometrium Monitoring: Thickening during menopause should be closely monitored.
Hysteroscopy: The most reliable method for definitive diagnosis and treatment of polyps.
Correct Method: Procedures like curettage may not always be sufficient; expert opinion is necessary.
