We are happy to share tertiary revision rhinoplasty 9 Montns post-op of our dear patient from Belgium 🇧🇪.
She came to us after two previous rhinoplasty surgeries, which she had done in her home country with another surgeon. Her main concerns included a drooping nasal tip, lack of definition, unattractive overall shape and imbalanced profile with bump.

Our dear patient underwent nasal tip surgery (tipplasty) combined with alar base and nostril reduction. The procedure focused solely on the lower third of the nose, aiming to refine tip projection, reduce nostril and tip width, fixing retracted columella, without altering the nasal bones.
Tipplasty is often recommended for patients who are concerned with tip shape, drooping, or excessive width, but do not require full rhinoplasty or nasal bones reshaping. When necessary, it can be performed alongside alar base reduction to address wide nasal base or nostrils.
In this case, the result is stable and well-integrated 1.5 years after surgery, with improved nasal proportions and preserved balanced appearance.

📌Tipplasty surgery is especially preferred in patients with the following nasal tip deformities:
– Wide,
– Drooping or drooping tip,
– Overly pointed,
– Split (bifid) tip,
– Disproportionate or asymmetrical nasal tip,
– Hanging columella (drooping downward),
– Irregularities, collapse at the nasal tip,
– Obvious depressions or indentations.

There are some important points to know in patients considering nasal tip correction:
1 There should be no septum deviation or breathing problems.
2 The patient’s expectations should be realistic and limited.
3 Surgical planning is done only for the shape of the nasal tip.
Especially in cases where the nasal tips appear disproportionately large with the face, such as a bulbous tip, a more natural and balanced appearance can be achieved by simply reducing the nasal tip.

👃 Male rhinoplasty
Our dear patient came for from USA (original he is from İndia 🇮🇳).
South Asian (Indian/Pakistani) noses have distinct anatomical characteristics that require specialized surgical planning. Common features include thicker skin, a broad nasal base, weaker cartilage, and often a prominent dorsal hump.

We are happy to share 5 months after the rhinoplasty result of our dear patient from Switzerland 🇨🇭 .
Her nose turned out very nice, feminine, straight, with naturally refined, narrower nasal tip, and harmonious with her facial features. Achieving a subtle balance between aesthetics and naturalness was our main goal, and this result clearly reflects that.

✅ What to expect month-by-month after primary rhinoplasty:

🔸1 month: Initial swelling significantly decreases, nose shape emerges but still quite swollen.

🔸3 months: Noticeable improvement in swelling, shape starts to define clearly.

Our dear patient -a young man, who traveled to us specifically for piezo ultrasound . Although it's early, his nose is still significantly swollen, after cast removal, you can already see, clear improvements: the dorsal hump has been gently reduced, maintaining masculine dorsal profile without excessive lowering. The tip has been refined, rounded contours decreased, and subtle tip rotation achieved.

2 years after septorhinoplasty
This handsome gentleman traveled from Italy 🇮🇹 for a complex septorhinoplasty performed by Dr. Abdulkadir.
Before the surgery, his nose appeared disproportionately large for his facial features, with a wide and asymmetric tip pointing downward, a significant dorsal hump, nasal crooked nasal bridge, and a deviated septum. It was a particularly challenging case requiring precise planning and advanced technique.
Two years later, the results speak for themselves 🎉. The nose is now straight, harmonious, and natural-looking. The tip asymmetry was solved as much as possible. The tip is gently lifted without being over-rotated, but well supported, preventing drooping. The dorsal line is smooth and straight, and the overall shape fits his face perfectly.

We are pleased to share the following case. Our patient, a young man, flew from the United States🇺🇸 to Istanbul 🇹🇷 for rhinoplasty with us. The prominent hump on the nasal dorsum was skillfully resected using an ultrasonic piezoelectric device in a precise osteotomy, and the bridge of the nose was rebuilt to restore perfect midline symmetry. The nostrils, previously slightly flared, were narrowed by reducing the alar base, while the tip of the nose underwent a detailed cartilage reshaping process to improve its projection and refine its contour. Before the surgery, his nose appeared overly dominant due to its disproportionate size in relation to his facial structure. We are happy to share the next case - it's male rhinoplasty our dear patient from the United Kingdom 🇬🇧. The main problem was a bulbous nose shape. This quite common nose shape is characterized by excessive cartilage at the tip and thick skin, resulting in a rounded, wide appearance. This anatomical feature can create an imbalance in facial proportions.
We were able to achieve an excellent male result without shortening length or over-rotating the nasal tip. The tip of the nose was significantly narrowed and sculpted, which ensured a harmonious transition between the bridge and the tip. A small hump on the bridge of the nose was also eliminated, improving the overall balance of the face. We are excited to share the results of our dear patient who traveled from Germany🇩🇪. He underwent primary rhinoplasty with the use of advanced ultrasonic piezo technology. We faced several challenges: ultra thick skin, a very drooping nasal tip, not clear

Today we would like to share an incredible outcome of our lovely patient from Germany🇩🇪 —before and 1 year after ultrasonic piezo rhinoplasty.
Her nasal valves were collapsed, the tip of her nose was crooked, and there was a hump on the nasal bridge. She asked for a natural shape, not too raised tip and too reduced the size of the nose. This task was accomplished 100%. The new nose looks very harmonious with her facial features, making the overall impression softer and more attractive.
