Un caz practic de Liposculptură în cadrul sesiunilor de curs ECAMS European College of Aesthetic Medicine & Surgery. Este vorba despre remodelarea corporală dusă la un nivel superior de performanţă în domeniul chirurgiei estetice. Efectul acestui tip de intervenţie se menține, evident, cu contribuția esențială a pacientului, care trebuie să facă schimbări importante în ceea ce privește stilul personal de viaţă. Astfel, dieta trebuie să fie una echilibrată, cu evitarea consumului de grăsimi și prăjeli, cu un nivel optim de hidratare, iar sportul trebuie să devină o obişnuinţă.
Medicii care practică acest tip de intervenție trebuie să urmeze un program de training în domeniu. Huseyin Kandulu este unul dintre cei mai cunoscuţi specialiști, la nivel mondial, în acest domeniu al liposculpturii.
Înainte de orice intervenţie de remodelare şi transformare, se efectuează analiza de ansamblu a pacientului, stilul lui de viaţă, nivelul de activitate și așteptările pe care le are. Pentru cazuri uşoare, zone mici, liposculptura se poate realiza şi în cabinete de dimensiuni reduse, dar în anestezie locală sau analgosedare.
Efectuată pe suprafețe mici, intervenţia nu creează foarte mare disconfort şi, ca atare, nu este nevoie de spitalizare.

O nouă zi de activitate şi intervenţii foarte interesante. După prima zi în care am asistat la o intervenție de liposucţie aplicată pe un model masculin, a venit rândul femeilor. De dimineaţă au fost introduse în programul de training, două modele pentru intervenţii de remodelare corporală prin lipoaspiraţie high definition, remodelare mamara şi lifting facial chirurgical. În toate aceste cazuri, primul pas este evaluarea inițială a pacienţilor şi a așteptărilor lor. Se fac marcaje pe zonele pe care urmează să se intervină. În această situaţie s-a urmărit redefinirea taliei și îndepărtarea excesului adipos de la nivel abdominal, realizarea liftingului facial şi remodelarea uşoară a sânilor.
