Our patient had a genetically droopy outer eye corner appearance.
To elevate the outer corners of the eyes, we performed Fox Eyes, and to remove excess skin on the upper eyelids, we combined it with upper eyelid blepharoplasty.

These photos show the first-week postoperative results. As the healing process continues, swelling will further subside and the outcome will become even more natural and refined over time.
The eyes already appear more lifted, refreshed, and dynamic—closely matching the patient’s expectations.
