Sevgili hastamıza uyguladığımız Bulldog Estetiği işleminin öncesi ve sonrası görüntülerini paylaşıyoruz. 🙏🌸

Zamanla alt yüz, orta yüz, boyun ve gıdı bölgesinde gevşeme görülebilir. Bu durum çene hattının belirginliğini azaltıp yüze daha yorgun bir ifade verebilir. Bulldog Estetiği, özellikle bu alanlarda toparlanmayı destekleyerek daha dengeli, daha canlı ve daha dinç bir görünüm elde etmeyi amaçlar.

We are sharing the before and after images of the Bulldog Aesthetics procedure we performed for our dear patient. 🙏🌸

Over time, loosening can occur in the lower face, midface, neck, and under-chin area. This may reduce the definition of the jawline and give the face a more tired appearance. Bulldog Aesthetics aims to support tightening in these areas, helping achieve a more balanced, refreshed, and vibrant look.

In the before and after images, the more defined jawline and the change in facial expression are clearly noticeable.

Bulldog estetiği erkek hastalar için de uygun mudur?

Bulldog estetiği erkek hastalarda da uygulanabilir. Ancak erkek yüzünde doğal ve dengeli görünümü korumak için sakal hattı, yüzün genel yapısı ve maskülen ifade özel olarak değerlendirilir. Yani aynı işlem herkes için aynı şekilde planlanmaz; erkek hastalarda teknik, yüz yapısına göre daha farklı şekilde uygulanır.

Is bulldog aesthetics suitable for male patients as well?

Bulldog aesthetics can also be performed on male patients. However, in order to maintain a natural and balanced appearance in the male face, the beard line, overall facial structure, and masculine expression are carefully evaluated. In other words, the same procedure is not planned in the same way for everyone; in male patients, the technique is adapted according to the individual facial anatomy.

🔎Sevgili hastamız için alt yüz, boyun, gıdı ve orta yüz bölgesine özel planladığımız Bulldog estetiği uygulamasını gerçekleştirdik. Bu işlemde amacımız yüzü bambaşka bir hale getirmek değil; kişinin ifadesini ve mimiklerini koruyarak gevşeyen dokuları daha toparlanmış bir görünüme taşımaktı.

Sonuç tam da hedeflediğimiz gibi ilerliyor. Çene hattı daha belirgin, yüz konturu daha dengeli; ama görünüm hâlâ çok doğal. Dışarıdan bakıldığında “işlem yapılmış” hissi vermeyen, kişinin kendisi gibi görünen bir değişim.✅

Şimdi iyileşme sürecini birlikte takip ediyoruz. Hastamızın memnuniyeti bizim için en kıymetlisi. 💛

🔎For our dear patient, we performed a Bulldog aesthetics procedure specifically planned for the lower face, neck, chin (submental area), and mid-face. Our goal was not to change the face completely, but to support and tighten the tissues that had begun to sag—while preserving the patient’s natural expressions and facial character.

The results are progressing just as we planned. The jawline is more defined, the facial contour looks more balanced, and the overall appearance remains very natural. From the outside, it doesn’t give the impression of having had a procedure—it simply looks like a refreshed version of the same face.✅

Doğallığı koruyarak yüz ifadesini toparlamak mümkün mü?

⏰Zamanla yüzdeki değişimler bazen insanı olduğundan daha yorgun, daha ciddi bir ifadeye taşıyabilir.

Sevgili hastamız, sanatçı Umut Akyürek de tam olarak bunu söylüyordu: “Ben yine ben gibi görüneceğim ama daha toparlanmış olsun…” Alt yüz ve boyun bölgesindeki gevşemeyi toparlayıp çene hattını daha net, yüzle uyumlu bir hale getirmeyi hedefledik.

Is it possible to refresh facial contours while preserving a natural look?

⏰Over time, changes in the face can sometimes make a person appear more tired or more serious than they actually feel.

Our dear patient, the artist Umut Akyürek, described it perfectly: “I want to look like myself, just a bit more refreshed and lifted.”
Our goal was to address the laxity in the lower face and neck area, creating a clearer and more harmonious jawline that fits naturally with the rest of the face.

Lokal anesteziyle yapılan bu alt yüz toparlama işlemine, ihtiyaç varsa üst-alt göz kapağı, yüze yağ enjeksiyonu ya da dudak kaldırma gibi uygulamaları da ekleyebiliyoruz. Böylece yüzün sadece bir noktası değil, genel ifadesi daha dengeli ve uyumlu hale gelir.

Which procedures can be combined with Bulldog aesthetics?

We usually don’t perform Bulldog aesthetics on its own. This lower-face lifting procedure, done under local anesthesia, can be combined—when needed—with upper and lower eyelid surgery, facial fat transfer, or a lip lift.

This way, instead of focusing on just one area, the overall facial expression becomes more balanced and harmonious.

Bazen yüzümüzdeki o “yorgun” hava tek bir yerden gelmiyor…

Alt yüz biraz gevşeyince çene hattı yumuşuyor, üst dudak mesafesi uzayınca da ifade fark ettirmeden daha soluk görünebiliyor.

👄Bu nedenle hastamıza Bulldog + Lip Lift’i birlikte planladık. ⬇️

Bulldog ile alt yüz ve çene hattını toparlayıp daha net bir hat oluşturmayı hedefledik. Lip lift ile de üst dudak oranını yüzle daha uyumlu hale getirip ifadeyi biraz daha “canlı” tarafa taşıdık.

Birlikte yapıldığında sonuç genelde şöyle oluyor: Yüz hâlâ aynı yüz… sadece daha ferah, daha dengeli ve daha dinlenmiş.

Sometimes that “tired” look on the face doesn’t come from just one area…

When the lower face begins to loosen, the jawline softens. As the distance between the nose and upper lip lengthens, the expression can appear more faded without even being noticed.

👄 That’s why we planned Bulldog + Lip Lift together for our patient. ⬇️

With the Bulldog procedure, we aimed to refine the lower face and define the jawline more clearly. With the lip lift, we adjusted the upper lip proportion to better harmonize with the face and bring the expression slightly toward a more vibrant side.

When combined, the outcome is usually this: The face is still the same face… just fresher, more balanced, and more rested.

👁️‍🗨️Yorgun ve düşük bakışların ardındaki sebebi biliyoruz: Zamanla ağırlaşan üst göz kapakları. Bu durum sadece gözleri olduğundan küçük göstermekle kalmaz, ifadeye sürekli bir bitkinlik katar.

Gerçekleştirdiğimiz üst göz kapağı estetiği ile hastamızın karakteristik yapısını bozmadan, sadece o baskılayan dokuyu arındırdık. Daha net, daha açık ve dingin bir bakış açısı... Küçük bir dokunuş, büyük bir tazelik. 🌿

We know the reason behind tired, heavy-looking eyes: upper eyelids that gradually become heavier over time. This condition not only makes the eyes appear smaller than they are, but also adds a constant look of fatigue to the expression.

With the upper eyelid surgery we performed, we preserved our patient’s natural features and simply removed the excess tissue creating that heaviness. A clearer, brighter, and more refreshed gaze… A small touch, a big rejuvenation. 🌿
