Bulldog estetiği adı nereden geliyor?

🐶Bulldog estetiği dediğimiz işlem aslında hastalarımızın kendi tanımlamasıyla ortaya çıktı.

💬‘Hocam yanaklarım bulldog gibi oldu’ diye başvurdukça, bu isim yıllar içinde yerleşti.
Temelde; yanakların aşağı doğru sarktığı alt yüz bölgesini toparlamak için başladığımız bir işlemdi.

👍🏼Bugün ise yalnızca alt yüzü değil, orta yüzü ve boyun hattını da içine alan daha kapsamlı bir germe tekniğine dönüştü.

Yani isim sizden geldi; biz de bu dönüşümü sizin ihtiyaçlarınıza göre şekillendirdik.
Kendini daha taze, daha toparlanmış ve yüz hatlarını yeniden tanımlamak isteyen herkes için etkili bir çözüm sunar.

Where does the name “Bulldog Aesthetic” come from?

🐶The term “Bulldog Aesthetic” actually originated from our patients’ own descriptions.

💬As more patients came in saying, “Doctor, my cheeks look like a bulldog’s,” the name naturally settled over the years.
Originally, it was a procedure we performed to tighten the lower face area where the cheeks start to droop downward.

👍🏼But today, it has evolved into a more comprehensive lifting technique that includes not only the lower face, but also the midface and the neck line.

So, the name came from you; and we shaped the transformation of this procedure according to your needs.
It offers an effective solution for anyone who wants to look fresher, tighter, and redefine their facial contours.

Bugün hastamıza Extended Bulldog ve Lip Lift işlemlerini uyguladık.

En dikkat çekici olan ise, operasyonu çok hafif sedasyon ve lokal anestezi ile; hastamızla sohbet ederek tamamlamamızdı 💬✨

“Beklediğiniz gibi zor muydu?” diye sorduğumuzda cevabı netti: “Hiç değil.” 😊

Başta biraz endişeli olsa da, işlem boyunca uyumak yerine bizimle keyifli bir sohbetin içinde buldu kendini. Bu sayede hem konforu koruduk hem de anesteziyi minimum seviyede tuttuk 🌿

Cerrahi başarı sadece teknikle sınırlı değildir; hastanın konforu, güveni ve süreçteki pozitif enerji de en az teknik kadar önemlidir 🤝

Today, we performed Extended Bulldog and Lip Lift procedures for our patient.

The most remarkable part was completing the entire operation under very light sedation and local anesthesia — while chatting with our patient throughout 💬✨

When we asked, “Was it anything like what you feared?”
Her answer was clear: “Not at all.” 😊

Although she felt slightly anxious beforehand, she ended up enjoying a pleasant conversation with us rather than sleeping through the procedure. This allowed her to stay comfortable while keeping anesthesia to a minimum 🌿

Surgical success is not limited to technique alone; the patient’s comfort, trust, and positive energy throughout the process are just as important as the technical aspects. 📸

Herkesin yüzü kendine özel. Her sonuç da öyle…

📹 Yeni videomda sık duyduğum bir soruya açıklık getirdim:
“Hocam Instagram’daki şu hasta gibi olmak istiyorum. Aynı sonucu alabilir miyim?”

💬 Cevabım net: Bu mümkün olabilir ama birebir aynı sonuç mümkün değildir. Çünkü herkesin yüz yapısı, kemik projeksiyonu, deri kalitesi, boyun uzunluğu ve yüz oranları farklıdır.

🔍 Örneğin:
• Elmacık kemiği belirgin bir hastada orta yüz germe çok daha çarpıcı sonuç verir.
• Uzun boyunlu bir hastada boyun germe işlemi daha zarif bir silüet yaratabilir.

🧠 Ameliyat kararı verirken; hastanın anatomisini, gerçekçi beklentilerini ve cerrahın sunabileceği katkıyı birlikte değerlendirmek gerekir. Ben de hastalarımla her detayı açıkça konuşuyorum.

Everyone’s face is unique — and so are the results.
📹 In my new video, I addressed a question I hear very often:

“Doctor, I want to look like this patient on Instagram. Can I get the same result?”

💬 My answer is clear: It may be possible to achieve a similar improvement, but an identical result is not possible.
Because everyone’s facial structure, bone projection, skin quality, neck length, and facial proportions are different.

🔍 For example:
* In a patient with prominent cheekbones, a midface lift creates a much more striking result.
* In a patient with a longer neck, a neck lift can produce a more elegant silhouette.

🧠 When making a surgical decision, it’s essential to evaluate the patient’s anatomy, their realistic expectations, and the contribution the surgeon can offer. I always discuss every detail openly with my patients.
